WRITING SKLLIS
This table shows how governments in three different countries allocate water subsidies the population. A very high percentage of the richest 20 per cent is subsidized in Neoal and this seems rather unjust . Colombia has a fairer system because only 10 oer cent of the richest 20 per cent benefits from government subsidies . In Chile only 6 per cent of the richest 20 per cent is subsidized which makes it the fairest system of the three countries. The rich need no subsidies. In Nepal, only 8 [er cent of the poorest 20 per cent is subsidized. Again, chile`s system is the fairest because the poorest 20 per cent are the most highly subsidized. 38 per cent. In Colombia, 22per cent of the poorest 20 per cent benefit from water subsidies.

The middle 60 per cent with the highest water subsidies are in Colombia followed by Nepal and then Chile. Water is a necessity and what this table shows is that Chile has the fairest system because the 20 per cent of the poorest get the largest percentage of the water subsidies from the government as contrasted with Colombia and Nepal.
