1. Lea este manual atentamente antes de utilizar la almohadilla elctrica. 2. Esta almohadilla elctrica no es apropiada para uso mdico en hospitales. Exclusivamente para uso domstico! 3. Para evitar cualquier riesgo de descarga elctrica durante el uso de la almohadilla, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente, por favor: a) No la use estando mojada. Si la almohadilla se mojara o se volviera hmeda, squela completamente antes de usarla. b) Use la almohadilla slo en habitaciones secas, no en el bao o en zonas hmedas! c) Antes de cada uso, compruebe que la almohadilla no presente daos, p.ej. no la use si existen daos visibles en el mando manual, los interruptores, los enchufes o la almohadilla elctrica misma. d) No inserte alfileres ni otros objetos puntiagudos. 4. 2. CMO USAR UNA ALMOHADILLA ELCTRICA

1. Coloque la funda textil (A) sobre una superficie plana. Abra el botn de presin 2. Introduzca la almohadilla (C) completamente en la funda, ajustando cada lado uno por uno. Compruebe que el cable y el mando manual (B) han quedado fuera de la funda. 3. La almohadilla est plana, llenando la funda entera. Cierre el botn de presin. 4. Conctela a un enchufe de 230-240 voltios c.a. y ajuste el mando manual al calor deseado usando el regulador. a) Seleccione el ajuste de temperatura en el regulador se enciende la almohadilla elctrica. Un indicador se ilumina indicando que el aparato est conectado a la alimentacin elctrica y que est encendido.

b) La almohadilla elctrica se desconecta moviendo el regulador a la posicin 0, entonces se apaga el indicador. Atencin: Permita que el aire circule ligeramente entre la almohadilla elctrica y la piel durante el uso. No use la almohadilla elctrica nunca sin la funda textil. 5. El mando manual de la almohadilla elctrica apaga el calentador automticamente al cabo de aprox. 90 minutos. No obstante, la lmpara indicadora sigue encendida. Para resetear el temporizador e iniciar otro perodo de calentamiento, mueva el regulador a la posicin apagada 0 y despus otra vez al ajuste de calor deseado. 6. Desenchfela cuando haya terminado.

3. LA ALMOHADILLA ELCTRICA EST DISEADA ESPECIALMENTE PARA LA APLICACIN EN LAS SIGUIENTES ZONAS
Brazos, espalda, pantorrillas, costado, hombros, muslos, etc. Almohadilla dorsal y cervical CT-50: Esta almohadilla dorsal y cervical configurada de manera especial, est diseada particularmente para el uso en estas zonas del cuerpo. Se puede ajustar al cuerpo gracias a los cierres de velcro en las zonas de la nuca y de la cadera. (Fig. 2)

5. INFORMACIN PARA LA CORRECTA GESTIN DE LOS RESIDUOS DE APARATOS ELCTRICOS Y ELECTRNICOS

1. Leia atentamente este manual de instrues antes de utilizar este dispositivo. 2. Esta almofada trmica no foi concebida para a utilizao mdica hospitalar. Destina-se apenas a uso domstico! 3. Para excluir o perigo de choques elctricos ao utilizar a almofada, tome as seguintes precaues: a) No a utilize nunca se esta estiver hmida ou molhada. Seque-a cuidadosamente antes de a utilizar. b) Utilize a almofada somente em ambientes secos, ou seja, no em casas de banho, etc. c) Antes de cada utilizao, verifique se a almofada apresenta sinais de deteriorao; no utilize nunca se existirem danos visveis no controlo manual, nos botes, na ficha elctrica ou na prpria almofada. d) No perfure a almofada com alfinetes ou quaisquer outros objectos aguados. 4. Para evitar o sobreaquecimento: a) No deixe a almofada ligada sem superviso; desligue-a se tiver que se deslocar. b) No utilize a almofada dobrada c) Evite enrugar a almofada d) No tape o controlo manual. Para garantir o seu correcto funcionamento, no o coloque em cima ou debaixo da parte flexvel do dispositivo, no enfie o controlo manual no meio de almofadas, cobertores ou roupa. e) O cabo no deve ser enrolado em volta do controlo manual. 5. 8. No utilize a almofada em bbs. A almofada elctrica no um brinquedo. Mantenha-a fora do alcance das crianas. Se o cabo de alimentao estiver danificado, ter que ser substitudo pelo fabricante, pelo representante autorizado ou por uma pessoa devidamente qualificada de modo a evitar possveis perigos. 11. No tente abrir ou reparar o dispositivo. So necessrias ferramentas especiais para o voltar a montar. 12. Quando no estiver a utilizar o dispositivo, guarde-o num local seco, mantendo- -o sempre plano. No coloque objectos pesados em cima da almofada e nunca a guarde juntamente com objectos aguados, caso contrrio ela poder ficar danificada.

2. COMO UTILIZAR A ALMOFADA TRMICA

1. Coloque a cobertura de tecido (A) numa superfcie plana. Abra o fecho de presso. 2. Introduza a almofada (C) totalmente dentro da cobertura, enfiando um lado de cada vez. Certifique-se de que o cabo e o controlo manual (B) ficam do lado de fora da cobertura. 3. A almofada dever ficar plana e preencher toda a cobertura. Prima o fecho de presso. 4. Ligue a ficha a uma tomada de 230-240 volt. AC e ajuste o controlo manual para o valor de calor desejado atravs do interruptor deslizante. a) Seleccione a temperatura desejada no interruptor deslizante a almofada trmica liga-se automaticamente. Acende-se uma luz avisadora que

indica que o aparelho est ligado corrente e pronto a funcionar. b) Para desligar a almofada elctrica, coloque o interruptor deslizante na posio 0; a luz avisadora apaga-se. Cuidado: Assegure-se de que h circulao de ar entre a almofada trmica e a pele durante a utilizao da mesma. Nunca utilize a almofada trmica sem a cobertura de tecido. 5. O controlo manual da almofada trmica elctrica desligar automaticamente o aquecimento aps cerca de 90 minutos. No entanto, a luz avisadora permanecer acesa. Para repor o temporizador e iniciar um novo perodo de aplicao de calor, coloque o interruptor deslizante na posio 0 e depois novamente na temperatura desejada. 6. Desligue a almofada da tomada quando terminar a utilizao.

Verifique o controlo manual para detectar quaisquer danos e seque cuidadosamente a almofada e a respectiva cobertura de tecido, antes de voltar a ligar o dispositivo.

3. A ALMOFADA TRMICA FOI ESPECIALMENTE CONCEBIDA PARA UTILIZAO NAS SEGUINTES ZONAS
Braos, costas, barriga das pernas, zona lateral, ombros, coxas, etc. Almofada dorsal e cervical CT-50: Esta almofada dorsal e cervical configurada de maneira especial, foi concebida particularmente para o uso nestas zonas do corpo. Pode-se ajustar ao corpo graas aos fechos de velcro nas zonas da nuca e da cadeira. (Fig. 2)

1. Please read this manual carefully before using this device. 2. This heating pad is not intended for medical use in hospitals. For household use only! 3. To avoid any risk of electric shock when using the pad please observe the following: a) Do not use if wet. If the pad has become damp or wet, completely dry the pad before use. b) Only use the pad in dry rooms, not in a bathroom etc.! c) Check that the pad is undamaged each time before use, i.e. do not use it if there is visible damage to the hand control, switches, plug or the electric heating pad itself. d) Do not insert pins or other sharp objects. 4. To avoid overheating: a) Do not leave the pad switched on unsupervised; switch it off when you leave the room. b) Do not use the pad folded. c) Avoid creasing the pad. d) Do not cover the hand control. To ensure the hand control can function correctly, do not place the hand control on or under the flexible section of the appliance, do not tuck the hand control under pillows, cushions or clothing. e) The cable should not be wound around the hand control. 5. Do not use on a person incapable of movement, a baby or person insensitive to heat. 6. Excessive application at a high setting can result in skin burns. 7. Ensure the user does not fall asleep while the pad is switched on. 8. Do not use on a baby. Do not let children play with the electric heating pad. Do not leave children unsupervised with the electric heat pad because

they cannot correctly recognise or appreciate possible dangers. Examine the heating pad frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs or the pad has been misused, consult with the manufacturer or authorised agent (see below) prior to any further use. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Do not attempt to open or repair the device your self. Special tools are required to re-assemble the device. When not in use, store the electric heating pad flat in a dry place. Do not place heavy objects on it and never store the pad with sharp creases. Otherwise the pad may be damaged.

2. HOW TO USE A HEATING PAD

1. Put the cloth cover (A) on a flat surface. Open the press-stud. 2. Insert the pad (C) completely into the cover, fitting one side at a time. Make sure the cable and hand control (B) remained outside the cover. 3. The pad will lie flat, filling the entire cover. Close press-stud. 4. Plug into a 230-240 volt AC mains socket and set hand control to the desired heat setting using the slider. a) Select the temperature setting on the slider this switches on the heat pad. An indicator will illuminate, showing that the appliance is connected to the power supply and is switched on. b) The electric heating pad is switched off by moving the slider to the 0 position, the indicator will then go out. Caution: Allow some air circulation between the heating pad and skin during use. Never use the heating pad without the cloth cover. 5. The electric heating pad hand control will automatically turn off the heater after

approximately 90 minutes. However, the indicator lamp will remain illuminated. To reset the timer and start a further heating period, move the slider to the off 0 position and then back to the desired heat setting. 6. Unplug when finished.

3. THE HEATING PAD IS ESPECIALLY DESIGNED TO FIT THESE AREAS

Arm, back, calf, side, shoulder, thigh, etc. Back and neck cushion CT-50: This specially shaped back and neck cushion is designed particularly for use with the neck and the back. It may be fitted to the back of the neck and hip areas of the body with the velcro fasteners. (Fig. 2)

Do not allow the hand control to get wet. Do not use any detergents or solvents, they may damage the device. On no account hold the hand control under water. Otherwise moisture may enter the hand control and cause damage. Check the hand control for signs of damage, dry the pad and its fabric cover completely before switching on again.

5. INFORMATION FOR THE CORRECT DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES

At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences for the environment and health deriving from inappropriate disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings in energy and resources. 4. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Caution: Always unplug the power cable from the mains socket before you undertake any cleaning on the electric heating pad. The detachable cover may be machine washed after removal from the pad according to the washing instructions given on the cover. The pad must not be machine washed or dry-cleaned! Cover washing Wash the cover by hand or in the washing machine at temperatures not exceeding 40 C. Do not use bleach. Iron the cover with a cool iron. Do not dry clean the cover. Dry at low temperatures. Cleaning the cushion: The cushion may only be washed by hand, and must not be washed in the washing machine or dry cleaned.

2. UTILISATION D'UN COUSSIN CHAUFFANT

1. Placez la housse (A) sur une surface plane. Ouvrez le bouton pression. 2. Introduisez le coussin (C) compltement dans la housse en ajustant un ct aprs l'autre. Assurez-vous que le cble et la commande manuelle (B) restent en dehors de la housse. 3. Le coussin remplit toute la housse plat. Fermez le bouton pression. 4. Branchez le coussin sur une prise secteur 230-240 volts et rglez le curseur de la commande la temprature souhaite. Dplacez le curseur de rglage de la temprature cette opration allume le coussin. Le tmoin de mise sous tension et de fonctionnement s'allumera. b) Pour mettre le coussin chauffant

lectrique hors tension, rglez le curseur sur 0. Le tmoin s'teindra. Attention: Veillez ce que de l'air puisse circuler entre le coussin chauffant et la peau pendant le fonctionnement. N'utilisez jamais le coussin chauffant sans la housse de tissu. 5. La commande manuelle du coussin coupe le chauffage au bout de 90 minutes environ. Mais le tmoin reste allum. Pour rinitialiser la minuterie et redmarrer une session de chauffage, placez le curseur sur 0 puis remettez-le la position de temprature souhaite. 6. Dbranchez le coussin la fin de la session.

Repasser la housse basse temprature. Nadmet pas le nettoyage sec. Scher basse temprature. Nettoyage de loreiller: Laver cet oreiller uniquement la main. Ne pas le laver en machine et ne pas le faire nettoyer sec. Evitez que la commande manuelle ne devienne humide. N'utilisez pas de dtergents ou de solvants. Ces produits pourraient endommager l'appareil. Ne placez en aucun cas la commande manuelle sous l'eau. Elle pourrait devenir humide et s'abmer. Vrifiez l'tat de la commande manuelle. Schez bien le coussin et sa housse avant une remise sous tension.

6. Dauerhafte Anwendung bei hoher Wrmeeinstellung kann zu Verbrennungen fhren. 7. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Anwender nicht bei eingeschaltetem Kissen einschlft. 8. Nicht fr Babys verwenden. Ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern halten. Die Anwendung bei Kindern darf nur unter Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen erfolgen, da Kinder eventuelle Gefahren nicht entsprechend abschtzen knnen. 9. Heizkissen fters auf Abnutzung oder Beschdigung berprfen. Wenn Anzeichen fr Abnutzung oder Beschdigung existieren oder das Heizkissen unsachgemss verwendet wurde, setzen Sie sich bitte vor der erneuten Verwendung mit dem Hersteller oder einem autorisierten Fachhndler (s. u.) in Verbindung. 10. Weist das Netzkabel Beschdigungen auf, ist es durch den Hersteller, einen autorisierten Fachhndler oder eine entsprechend qualifizierte Person auszutauschen, um jede Gefhrdung zu vermeiden. 11. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Heizkissen selber zu ffnen oder zu reparieren. Zum Wiederzusammenbau des Heizkissens sind Spezialwerkzeuge erforderlich. 12. Bewahren Sie das elektrische Heizkissen ausgebreitet an einem trockenen Ort auf, wenn es nicht verwendet wird. Legen Sie keine schweren Gegenstnde auf dem Heizkissen ab und lagern Sie es nicht gefaltet oder zerknittert, da dies zu Beschdigungen fhren kann.

2. ANWENDUNG DES HEIZKISSENS

1. Stoffberzug (A) auf flache Unterlage legen. Druckknopf ffnen. 2. Heizkissen (C) in den Stoffberzug packen; dabei jede Seite einzeln einpassen. Sicherstellen, dass sich Kabel und Wrmeregler (B) ausserhalb des berzugs befinden. 3. Wenn das Kissen flach ausgebreitet ist und den gesamten berzug ausfllt, Druckknopf schliessen.

4. An eine 230/240 Volt AC Steckdose anschliessen und gewnschte Heizleistung mit dem Wrmeregler einstellen. a) Durch Einstellen der Temperatur mittels Wrmeregler schaltet sich das Heizkissen ein. Eine farbige Leuchtanzeige zeigt an, dass das Kissen an das Stromnetz angeschlossen und eingeschaltet ist. b) Das elektrische Heizkissen wird ausgeschaltet, indem der Wrmeregler auf 0 gestellt wird. Die farbige Leuchtanzeige schaltet sich aus. Vorsicht: Stellen Sie sicher, dass whrend der Anwendung etwas Luft zwischen Heizkissen und Haut zirkulieren kann. Verwenden Sie das Heizkissen niemals ohne den Stoffberzug. 5. Nach ca. 90 Minuten Dauerbetrieb schaltet sich das elektrische Heizkissen automatisch aus. Die farbige Leuchtanzeige bleibt jedoch eingeschaltet. Um die Zeitschaltuhr zurckzusetzen und eine neue HeizPeriode einzuleiten, stellen Sie den Wrmeregler erst auf 0, dann wieder auf die gewnschte Heizleistung. 6. Heizkissen nach Gebrauch ausstecken.

4. REINIGUNGSHINWEISE
Vorsicht: Das elektrische Heizkissen vor der Reinigung immer vom Stromnetz trennen. Der Stoffberzug ist unter Beachtung der auf dem berzug angebrachten Waschanleitung maschinenwaschbar. Vor dem Waschen ist das Heizkissen unbedingt daraus zu entfernen. Das Heizkissen selbst darf nicht in der Maschine gewaschen oder chemisch gereinigt werden! Reinigung: Waschen Sie den berzug mit der Hand oder der Maschine, allerdings ohne eine Temperatur von 40C zu berschreiten. Benutzen Sie keine Lauge. Bgeln Sie den berzug bei niedrigen Temperaturen. Reinigen Sie den berzug nicht chemisch. Trocknen Sie sie bei niedrigen Temperaturen. Reinigung des Kissens: Das Kissen darf nur mit der Hand gewaschen werden. Es darf weder in der Maschine noch chemisch gereinigt werden. Der Wrmeregler darf nicht nass werden. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lsungsmittel. Diese knnten das Gert beschdigen. Halten Sie den Wrmeregler keinesfalls ins Wasser. Feuchtigkeit knnte eindringen und den Wrmeregler beschdigen. berprfen Sie den Wrmeregler nach der Reinigung auf Beschdigungen. Trocknen Sie das Heizkissen und den Stoffberzug vor der erneuten Verwendung vollstndig.

3. DAS HEIZKISSEN WURDE SPEZIELL FR DIE ANWENDUNG AN FOLGENDEN KRPERTEILEN ENTWICKELT:

Arm, Rcken, Wade, Seite, Schulter, Oberschenkel, usw. Rcken und Genickkissen CT-50: Dieses Kissen fr den Rcken und das Genick ist in einer speziellen Art konfiguriert und speziell fr die Anwendung in diesen beiden Zonen des Krpers bestimmt. Es kann ber die Klettverschlsse an Zonen im Genick oder des Beckens angepasst werden (Fig. 2)

2. COME USARE UN CUSCINO ELETTRICO

1. Collocare la fodera tessile (A) su una superficie piana. Aprire il pulsante a pressione 2. Inserire il cuscino (C) completamente nella fodera, adattando ogni lato uno a uno. Verificare che il cavo ed il comando manuale (B) rimangano al di fuori della fodera. 3. Il cuscino piano, riempie lintera fodera. Chiudere il pulsante a pressione. 4. Connetterlo ad una presa di 230-240 volt c.a. e regolare il comando manuale al calore desiderato usando il regolatore. a) Selezionare la regolazione di temperatura nel regolatore si accende il cuscino elettrico. Una spia accesa indica che l'apparecchio connesso all'alimentazione elettrica e che acceso. b) Il cuscino elettrico si disinserisce movendo il regolatore alla posizione "0", quindi si spegne l'indicatore. Attenzione: Consentire una leggera circolazione dellaria tra il cuscino elettrico e la pelle durante l'uso.

Non usare mai il cuscino elettrico senza la fodera tessile. 5. Il comando manuale del cuscino elettrico spegne il riscaldatore automatico dopo circa 90 minuti. Nonostante, la spia indicatrice continui accesa. Per resettare il timer ed iniziare un altro tempo di riscaldamento, muovere il regolatore alla posizione spento "0" e poi unaltra volta alla regolazione del calore desiderato. 6. Disinserirlo una volta terminato luso.

Il cuscino deve essere lavato solo a mano, pertanto non deve essere lavato in lavatrice n pulito a secco. Non lasciare che si bagni il comando manuale. Non usare detersivi n solventi, poich possono danneggiare il dispositivo. Non porre il comando manuale sotto il getto dacqua in nessun caso. In questo caso, l'umidit pu penetrare nel comando manuale e causare dei danni. Verificare che il comando manuale non presenti segni di danni e asciugare il cuscino e la fodera completamente prima di accenderlo di nuovo.
