PROJECT DESCRIPTION

1. AUTOMATIC RAIN WINDSHIELD WIPER MAJOR PROJECT IN FINAL YEAR.

The Automatic rain operated wiper system is a fully automation project. The aim is to design and develop a control system based an electronically controlled automotive rain operated motor is called AUTOMATIC RAIN OPERATED WIPER. Rain operated motor is consists of conduction sensor, circuit, Control Unit, wiper motor and glass frame. The sensor is used to detect the rain or water flow. There is any rain on the class, the sensor senses the rain or flow water and giving the control signal to the wiper motor. This is an era of automation where it is broadly defined as replacement of manual effort by mechanical power in all degrees of automation. The operation remains an essential part of the system although with changing demands on physical input as the degree of mechanization is increased.

2. A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF CNC PROGRAMMING IN NC CELL (RADAR- 1st).

IN THIRD YEAR. Numerical control (NC) refers to the automation of machine tools that are operated by abstractly programmed commands encoded on a storage medium. Modern computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools that have revolutionized by design is highly automated using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs.

3. GEAR LIFT IN SECOND GEAR. A gear or more correctly a "gear wheel" is a rotating machine part having cut teeth, or cogs, which mesh with another toothed part in order to transmit torque. An advantage of gears is that the teeth of a gear prevent slipping. A lift is a process to catch the object from one place to another place with less time. Than the combination of GEAR+ LIFT = To lift the heavy weight from one place to another Place with less effort of human power by using gear mechanism.
