Precision and Performance


PTL will enforce strict performance standards for reservations, operations and vehicle maintenance. With its National Network - the industry's only nationwide franchise network of its kind - PTL will guarantee consistent economical, reliable, safe and comfortable service standards countrywide and we will conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance according to the PTL's standards manual. PTL will maintain the highest level of accountability and will provide the most intensive training for all its drivers. Before drivers start their job "they undergo thorough background investigations and must also undergo extensive and ongoing certification and safety training. PTL will take its commitment to superior service even further with the industry's most comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) programs.

Personalized Service
Personalized service will be PTL's priority. We will take every measure to provide you with economical, reliable, safe and comfortable travel services. Our Nationwide Reservation System and Web-based e-Reservation Service will let you arrange Prime Cab for personal and business travel, school drop-offs, meetings, events, and private parties - customized to your specifications. PTL's reservation will specialize and query & dispatch representatives will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Drivers will be courteous, consummate professionals who will set industry standard for impeccable service, expertise and knowledge. The Prime Cab Fleet will feature only the highest quality latest model luxury vehicles.

Our QA initiatives include:  A "Listen In" program to ensure Query & Dispatch representatives are at the top of their game.  A Next-Day Quality Assurance program utilizing random phone calls to commuters or travel arrangers the day following service to monitor reservation, drivers and vehicle quality.  An "Eyes of the Customer" program to survey travel arrangers in order to assess our performance beyond their expectations.  An "Eyes of the Manager" spot-inspection program to assess drivers and their vehicles first-hand.

PTL will maintain the highest level of accountability for all drivers nationwide, guaranteeing you comfort, safety and reliability. All drivers will undergo thorough background investigations, motor vehicle record audits and drug testing. And on an ongoing basis, their performances are evaluated through our Quality Assurance Program. All drivers will also undergo extensive and ongoing certification and safety training and each driver must complete PTL's drivers Certification Program. PTL will also implement an Advanced Defensive Driving and Safety Program to increase driver's skills in these all-important areas. PTL's drivers will intimate familiarity with the layout, logistical details and traffic patterns

of the areas in which they serve. In addition, they will remain in constant contact via MDT, TwoWay Radio and cell phone - to ensure that your vehicle is where you need it, when you need it. Our knowledgeable Ambassadors will be your guide to the sights and sounds of many cities of the country with PTL's Tours and Sightseeing services.
