1. India has applied for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Madhya Pradesh Energy Efficiency Program and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract named above. 2. The Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd. Indore, MP (MP DISCOM-W) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following: Bid ID No.: CMD/MPPK/PROJ/FS/03 & 04/10-11 (Separation of 11kV Feeders) Supply of materials, survey, consumer indexing, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11kV feeders, additional 11kV bays, distribution transformer S/s 11/0.433 kV, replacement of bare conductor of existing LT line by AB cable, new LT 3 phase 4 wire with AB cable, LT to HT Conversion (HVDS), renovation of existing service line & installation of energy meters for segregation of domestic and other categories consumer from agricultural consumers in rural areas of the following districts of MP under Feeder Separation programme: Bid ID No.: CMD/MPPK/PROJ/FS/05/10-11 (Separation of 33kV Feeders) Supply of materials, survey, installation, testing, and commissioning of New 33kV feeders, New 33/11kV Sub-station, additional 33kV bays, Augmentation of existing 33/11 kV Power Transformers, additional 33/11 kV Power Transformers of the following districts of MP for strengthening of 33kV network:

Interested bidders are advice to download the Bid Document from MPPKVVCL website http://www.mppkvvcl.org which will be available in PDF file from 14-2-2011. The Bidders should: Pay a non refundable fee of Rs.10,000 or US$250 for EACH LOT by demand draft or banker's cheque payable to RAO, MPPKVVCL, Indore (MP) India

The Bidders will be required to submit their proposal with downloaded Bid document duly signed and stamped on each page, along with Tender fee up to due date and time. 6. A pre-bid conference will be held at 14:00 hours on 3 March 2011 for all three packages at Meeting Hall, CMD Office, MPPKVVCL, GPH Compound, Polo Ground, Indore. 7. Bidders must deliver their bids: to the address above at or before 13:00 hours, on 30 March 2011 for Package 03, 2 April 2011 for Package 04, and 15 April 2011 for Package 05, respectively. together with a Bid Security of the amounts specified in the above table.

8. Bids will be opened at 13:30 hours on 30 March 2011 for Package 03, 2 April 2011 for Package 04, and 15 April 2011 for Package 05, respectively in the presence of bidders' representatives who chose to attend at the address above. Late bids will be rejected. 9. MP DISCOM-W will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the delivery or preparation of bids.
