Full payment would be required once the Visa has been approved, before the Passport is couriered to the respective Embassy / High Commission

TIME SCALES End-to-End Process: 4 TO 5 MONTHS Work Experience Verification All participants will be required to liaise regularly with JOJO offices and all participants will be assigned a Work Experience Verifier / Supervisor, within the host property establishment, who will train the participant to ensure that the conditions of the work experience programme are fulfilled. All participants will be required to complete all assignments set by the host property as outlined in the training manual. All evidence of knowledge, understanding, implementation and application must be filed and documented.

Inclusion in the JOJO database Arrangement of a quality work experience programme that is appropriate to the core needs of the individual CV Photo File preparation The arrangement of a work permit by a partner organization The arrangement of residential accommodation Arranged visa support services. The arrangement of a travel plan The arrangement of airport transfers (payable by participant) Training and consultation with the Work Experience Verifier (Host employer)

JOJO FEES: Rs.10000/- Registration Fees Rs. 70,000/- After the Visa approval Rs. 20000/- Deduction in case of Visa denial.

General Terms No application will be processed until we receive the application fee together with all application documentation. JOJO asks that all payments are made within 7 days of a payment request being issued. We recognise that there can be delays with bank transfers. Please email or fax bank transfer confirmation of payment to JOJO so we may easily and promptly identify the inward transfer. 1.4. Please note: JOJO is unable to arrange the visa support documentation unless full program and service fees are received. We encourage our applicants to make prompt payment so there are no delays with visa submission. 1.5. All applicants are asked to advise our Finance Manager if invoices are paid. 1.6. All applicants are responsible for all bank charges including those incurred by refunds.

Refund and Cancellation Policy If an applicant wishes to cancel their application they must advise JOJO in writing. In the event of a cancellation, a cancelation fee of 50 GBP is levied against the application fee. No refund will be issued to any clients submitting fraudulent or misleading information and/or documentation. No Refund is given after the placement has commenced. Refusal by the applicant to attend interviews will not constitute reasonable grounds for a refund. No refund will be issued to candidates making alternate arrangements or alternate placements. In the event to visa refusal due to damaged travel documentation i.e passport. JOJO will withhold 250.00 of the program fees.
