GENERAL COMPANY DESCRIPTION& OBJECTIVES: This newly emerge international construction company is a business construction typein which fiveproprietor namely Engr. Hazel Recto, Engr. Israel Africa,degree holder Civil Engr. John Jeffrey M. Pentinio, degree holder Civil Engr. Kelvin Tan and degree holder civil Engr. Carmelo Cadavilloagreed to construct residential buildings to their international clients whom will construct their homes to any part of the Philippines. The main office will be constructed inLucena City and will branch out to different places in the Philippines when the business becomes successful.And will soon create subdivisions to give homes to the people. And will start to compete to other construction company in bidding private or government construction projects. The main objective of this company is to construct residential building designs using latest software used in the field with different mixture designs of Classic and Modern, Mediterranean, European, American, French, Spanish and Asian style, in which will comply to what the clients wants to be constructed as their home. The company will show to their clients all the designs, and concept theyve createdand will just let them choose the realistic designs they want. Clients can edit the design they choose with the guidance of the designers or owners. The

colour of different part of the house, where they want to put partitions, and the materials they want to put will be edited according to their taste using the software the company is using. Every client will undergo with the guidance of the owners for them to have advice and suggestion when they need it. And which will give answers to all the questions they will ask for them to have the full services the company is offering.

I already asked all of you and you agreed, this time we need to make it in black and white. As time goes by, each one of you will earn lots of experience in the field. And the only permanent thing in this world is changes, means everything will happen. Then you already know what I mean and the purpose of this contract. In all the business man Ive encountered theres only one thing important above money. This is what we called contract. Money is useless without this what we called CONTRACT.For now we are still aiming to have power, but we also need to consider what power can give to us, what power will make us, and what power can do to us in the future.
