ACTIVITY INFORMATION
11-33053 (HOME INVASION) Deputies from Ypsilanti Twp investigated a residential burglary in the 1300 block of Chestnut Dr, on 7/14/2011. Deputies were called to the area at about 12:30AM. The victim told investigators they discovered the break-in in the late evening hours of 7/13/2011. The victim believes the incident occurred sometime between 7/12/2011 and 7/13/2011the victim was not a home at the time of the incident. Several items were reported stolen. The home was entered by forcing open a ground floor window. No arrests have been made at the time of this posting. The incident remains under investigation. Stolen Property: 1 Sony 42 flat screen TV

11-33070 (VANDALISM) On 7/14/2011 deputies from Scio Twp responded to the 800 block of Fairway Park Dr for a report of vandalism. The victim told deputies they were asleep in their home when they heard a loud crashing noise at about 1:30AM. The victim discovered that someone had thrown a rock through the front window of their home. The homeowner had no suspect information. Deputies continue to investigate the incident.

11-33098 (HOME INVASION) Deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp were called to the 1200 block of Ruth Ave for a residential burglary report. Police were contacted on 7/14/2011; deputies are still attempting to determine when the incident occurred. The complainant informed deputies they were checking on the unoccupied home when the break-in was discovered. Several items were reported stolen. No suspect information was available. The incident remains under investigation.

ARREST INFORMATION
11-33071 (WARRANT ARREST) Deputies from the Community Policing Team in Ypsilanti Twp arrested two (2) wanted subjects in the area of Andrea St and George St. The deputies encountered the subjects on 7/14/2011, at 2:00AM, while they were investigating a suspicious vehicle. Both occupants of the vehicle were identified and warrants were confirmed. Both individuals were taken into custody without incident. 11-33222 (WEAPONS VIOLATION/CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE ARREST) On 7/14/2011, at approximately 9:00PM, deputies in Ypsilanti Twp arrested a subject for illegally possessing a handgun and possession of suspected cocaine. Deputies were investigating a suspicious vehicle in the area of Allen St and Holmes Rd when the suspect was encountered. During a search of the suspect and the suspects vehicle, the contraband was discovered. Multiple packages of suspected cocaine were seized. One loaded 9MM handgun was also seized, as well as a quantity of cash. The suspect was lodged at the county jail pending review of requested charges. A copy of the police report was sent to the Prosecutor for review.
