the 3rd quarter meeting of the Regional Research and Development Coordinating council Meeting the Caraga University,Ampayon Butuan City on October 19, 2010. Preparation and submission of PACAP Project Completion Report (PCR). The said report was submitted to PACAP National office through the PACAP Provincial Project Officer. Attended the Year end Meeting of the Regional Research and Extension Network (RRDEN) of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, at Kasili Resort, Mainit, Surigao del Norte on November 16-19, 2010. During the said meeting, proposals on fisheries were presented and for evaluation. The undersigned was one of the members of the panel of evaluators on the said affair. Attended the last quaqrter meeting of the RRDCC at one Stop Shop, CU Campus, Ampayon, Butuan City last December 14, 2010.

1. Preparation of a development paper for submission to the International

Conference on Research and Development. 2. Submission of an abstract of a development paper to the CHED ZRC for Region IX, X!! and CARAGA based at University of southern Mindanao, Kabakan, south Cotabato. 3. Preparation of a research management paper for submission and screening to the Philippine Association of Research Managers (PhilARM)..Once accepted the paper will be presented during the 21st Annual Convention of PhilARM on April 11-12,2011 at Cavite State University, Indang Cavite.

Agenda for Mindanao last January 31-Feb 2, 2011 at the University of Southern Mindanao, Kabakan, South Cotabato. Revised the research proposal on Sustainable Seaweed Farming in CARAGA Region Submitted the Research Proposal on Sustainable Seaweed Farming in CARAGA Region to the CARAGA Regional Office of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) for possible funding. Follow-up at the Provincial Agriculture Office on the final release of the construction materials and water pump as their counterpart to the research project on Hatchery Production of Abalone (H.asinina) Juvenile funded jointly by the Surigao Provincial Government through the Provincial Agriculture Office and the Surigao Economic Development Foundation, an NGO based in Surigao City.. Three Participants attended during the Writeshop on Preparing CCARRD R&D. annual Report on February 21-23,2011 at San Lorenzo Ruiz Pastoral Center Ampayon, Butuan City
