History
In 1998 After hurricane Mitch devastated the country, the company began Research in the home building sector, and in mid-2002 started its first big scale home development project, Residential El Manantial, comprises 1,000 housing units, this neighborhood is currently a thriving community with a population of more than 3,500 residents in the suburbs to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In 2006 we began developing the biggest gated community in Central America , Los Hidalgos "Master Planned" that will comprises 5,000 homes, Parks, Hospital, and recreational areas. Currently los Hidalgos has more than 1,000 residents and 300 homes.

Each project will be under a Special Purpose Enterprise Company, that will be own by Urbanisa and the Local Construction Company, sometimes: a) Land owners, b) Real Estate company, c) Architectural Design , d) Sub Contractor can be added to the SPE as share holders .

In the future if more founding is needed, the SPE can sell bonds debt to fund the project. Projects of SPE will be supervised by external Inspection Company. Special Purpose Company will be audited by Delloite And Touch

1996 Automatic URBANISA was Founded in Tegucigalpa as Technology oriented company 2002 Automatic launched Vivienda Facil and constructed homes all over Honduras, including : La Ceiba, Tela, San Pedro Sula and Choluteca. In 2003 started building El Manantial a 1,000 homes community in the suburbs of Tegucigalpa ( Santa Ana) In 2007 started planning Los Hidalgos one of the biggest construction venture in the country backed by HSBC and other banks in Honduras.
