History
In 1998 After hurricane Mitch devastated the country, the company began Research in the home building sector, and in mid-2002 started its first big scale home development project, Residential El Manantial, comprises 1,000 housing units, this neighborhood is currently a thriving community with a population of more than 3,500 residents in the suburbs to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In 2006 we began developing the biggest gated community in Central America , Los Hidalgos "Master Planned" that will comprises 5,000 homes, Parks, Hospital, and recreational areas. Currently los Hidalgos has more than 1,000 residents and 300 homes.

In the Central American bloc including Panama, Dominican Republic and Belize, four out of ten families are hoping to have decent housing and safe for habitation, the study of the American Council on Housing and Human Settlements (CCVAH). Thus, a total of 11.3 million households, more than 4.84 million eligible housing deficit: either because they have no home or because the dwelling does not meet basic quality conditions.
