Talent Management as a component of strategic management becomes increasingly important in order to ensure a company's long-term success. We assist our clients to set up and establish sustainable, customized and mainly internationally oriented talent management programs, which are in line with corporate strategy.

The project is divided into three main steps, in which we assume full or partial responsibility, depending on the requirements of our client: Analysis - Briefing on our client's current situation (company and HR strategy, company culture, stakeholders, etc.) - Definition of the goals and results to be achieved by talent management - Verification of existing development processes, instruments and succession arrangements - Elaboration of a general concept for talent management including a detailed project plan

Design - Development of the fundamentals (key roles, competency model, talent profile, crucial succession paths) - Preparation of a client specific talent management process, as well as detailed procedures - Building up of the organization (roles, responsibilities) and filling of the positions - Assistance in formulating a communications concept - Development of the instruments used in talent management

Implementation - Preparation, training and coaching of our client's internal process owners - Assistance with internal communications at all levels - Implementation of the project in close collaboration with the persons responsible within our client's organization - Monitoring of success

The procedures and instruments described in the following modules can be combined, adapted and broadened in accordance with the client's strategic guidelines and specific requirements, thus guaranteeing a tailor-made talent management programme.
