Completed Entries should be provided to: Cr Shayne Suttons Office, 63 Oxford Street Bulimba, by 5pm Friday 23 July OR bring to the Morningside School of Arts on the day of the Morningside Festival, Sunday 25 July 2010 by no later than 1:30pm.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Entry into the competition is deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition opens at 9am on 5 July 2010 and closes at 1:30pm on Sunday 25 July 2010. Eligible entries will be judged according to the following criteria: - Colouring Technique - Creativity and imagination This is a competition of merit. The best eligible entries will be determined by the judges in their absolute discretion shall be the finalists. The best entry from the finalists as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion shall be the overall winner. Entries will be displayed in the Morningside School of Arts at the Morningside Festival on Sunday 25 July 2010. To be eligible to enter this competition a child must fully and correctly complete all the details in the competition entry form (above); All finalists and the overall winner will be announced at the Morningside Festival on Sunday 25 July at 2:30pm on the Main Stage. If not present at the Morningside Festival on Sunday 25 July, finalists and the overall winner will be notified through their school after Monday 26 July 2010. If the winner does not claim the prize or cannot be contacted by 5pm on Friday 27 August 2010, the Morningside Development Association will keep the prize. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time and to cancel the competition without further recourse to the entrants. The Morningside Development Association is the Promoter of the competition.
