IMC Networks Announces New Telco Powered IE-MiniMc Media Converters with Link Fault Pass-Through Functionality

The IMC Networks IE-MiniMc is one of the most popular and versatile fiber optic NID devices available on the market today. The product family provides the best value, holding to the test-of-time for media conversion applications since it was first introduced in January 2003. Today, the newly enhanced product line is designed to work with -48 VDC power, supporting the minimum and maximum transient voltages, typically required by transport equipment used in Telco environments. When we added the extended temperature feature to the MiniMc, this provided a solution to expand to a wider base of users and locations. Now with the added Telco power (-35 to -56 VDC), the range has grown once again.
