    How to:
    Installallthesoftwarerequired. ConvertImagePrinterProinyourpreferredprinter.

    OpentheImagePrinterProconsolefromStart>AllPrograms>ImagePrinterPro

    AdjusttheImagePrinterProparameters

    StartActixasusualandloadtheScannerlogfile(s),ifaremorethanonecreatesasuperstreamforevery frequency. Findtheparametersthatyouwanttoprint.

    Selectjustoneofthisandshowitinanewmap.

    Adjustthemapasyouwant,forexamplesize,cells,etc.

    Onthemaptoolbarselectbatchprocessingbutton.

    IntheBachPrintwindowsclickontheAttributesbutton,thiscantaketimedependingoftheprocessing capabilitiesofthecomputer.

    IntheEditAttributeswindowsfindandselectalltheattributesthatyouneedtoplotintheAvailable AttributelistandusetheaddbuttontoaddtheselectedattributestotheCurrentAttributes,whenyou finishclickokbutton.

    Afterthisyouwillfindalltheselectedplotsinthebatchprintwindows,verifythattheBatchPrints checkboxareselect.

    ClickontheSetupbutton,thiswillopenthepagesetupwindows InthiswindowsverifythatthePageSizeoptionisLetter,thesourceisAutomaticselectandthe orientationisLandscape.

    ClickontheOptionsbutton,thisopenthePrintMapwindows;inthiswindowsverifythatthemap sizeisFixtoPage,MapContentisCenteredonWindowsandthePrintBordercheckboxis unchecked.

    IntheLegendtab,checktheShowLegendbox,checktheallowlegendtooverlapmapandFixed LegendSize;alsointheLegendPositionselectthebestplaceforthelegendinthemap.

    IntheTitletab,selectPrintTitleandwritetheMapTitle;ondisplayselectAboveMapand unchecktheboxWithBorder;inAlignmentselectCenter. ClicktheOKbuttonandyouwillcomebacktothePageSetupwindow,inthiswindowsclickonOK buttonagain.

    BacktotheBatchPrintwindowsclickonthePrintbutton.

    ThiswillopenthePrintProgresswindows,theprintingprocesswilltakeatimedependingofthe computerwhereisrunning.

    Whenfinistheprocess,isopenaSaveFileAswindowsyoucanspecifyanynamethatyouwant,but inWindows7,thefileissavedontheuserdatadirectory(C:\Users\username)andisnamed newfilename.pdf

    ThisPDFfilehasalltheplotsthatwereselected.

    NowruntheprogramAllOfficeConverterPlatinumandclickonthebuttonAddFile,findthefile newfilename.pdfandaddittothelist. TheOutputFileTypeselectstheDOCtab. SelectatSaveFolderwheretosavetheconvertedfile. ClickontheConvertbuttonandwaitthattheprocessisfinis. AtthedirectoryspecifiedinSaveFolderyouwillfindafilecallednewfilename.docthatcontainsall themaps.

    Method Two
    Requirementsoftware ThissecondmethodusesthesameproceduretogeneratethePDFfilefromActixthatisusedinthe MethodOne. ThisoptionneedtodevelopproprietarysoftwaretogeneratethecustomreportsfromthePDFfile. Actix ImagePrinterPro(29.99) LCCmadesoftwaretocreatereports.
