TC_QR_013 Create a valid record but with To Date less than From date A warning message will be shown To date should be higher than from date
A new record is created for sector DOH KIX for aircraft type 777 with FDP minutes as 90 for the date range 01Jul2010 to 31Dec2012
Departure Station = DOH Arrival Station = KIX FDP Minutes = 90 Aircraft Type Group = 777 From Date * : 01Jul2011 To Date * : 31Dec2013
Create a new record with the same information as above but with overlapping date range
Warning message need to be shown as FDP Minutes applicable to "777" already exists
Check for the alerts for the assigned crew. Check the values shown for the Measured FDP: Measured FDP = time interval between Actual Report time(UTC) and arrival time(UTC) of last operating sector in the duty. In this case from 02:00 to 17:00 which is 15:00 hours Check the values for Allowable FDP: (CALCULATION LOGIC) Allowable FDP = value from table wrt planned local report time + inflight relief value Value from table wrt planned local report time = from table A for time 05:00 (DOH local time is UTC+3hrs) and for 1 sector = 11:00 Inflight extension gained = 0 (since value is not set in IOB) So the Allowable FDP = 11:00
Check whether the Allowable FDP shown is 11:00 in the alert message The allowable FDP shown in the alert message is 11:00 hrs The alert FDP CC Acclimatised wont fire for duty 2 because the crew members are not acclimatised before the start of duty2
The alert FDP CC Acclimatised will get fired for duty1 since the measured FDP is more than the allowable FDP
Check the values shown for the Measured FDP: Measured FDP = time interval between Actual Report time(UTC) and arrival time(UTC) of last operating sector in the duty. In this case from 02:00 to 17:00 which is 15:00 hours Check the values for Allowable FDP: (CALCULATION LOGIC) Allowable FDP = value from table wrt planned local report time + inflight relief value Value from table wrt planned local report time = from table A for time 05:00 (DOH local time is UTC+3hrs) and for 1 sector = 11:00 Inflight extension gained = 3hrs from IOB So the Allowable FDP = 11:00+3:00 = 14:00
Check whether the Allowable FDP shown is 14:00 in the alert message The allowable FDP shown in the alert message is 14:00 hrs The alert FDP CC Acclimatised wont fire for duty 2 because the crew members are not acclimatised before the start of duty2
Make sure that all of the crew members are acclimatized at the start of this trip1.
Check for the alerts for the assigned crew. Check the values shown for the Measured FDP: Measured FDP = time interval between Actual Report time(UTC) and arrival time(UTC) of last operating sector in the duty. In this case from 02:00 to 17:00 which is 15:00 hours Check the values for Allowable FDP: (CALCULATION LOGIC) Allowable FDP = value from table wrt planned local report time + inflight relief value Value from table wrt planned local report time = from table A for time 05:00 (DOH local time is UTC+3hrs) and for 1 sector = 11:00 Inflight extension gained = 0 . Since the minimum time that can be considered as rest for In Flight Relief is 3 hours, the minimum value applicable for this is 1hour 30 minutes. Therefore any value entered in the form of less that 1 hour 30 minutes will not be considered for any extension to the FDP involving In Flight Relief. So the Allowable FDP = 11:00+0:00 = 11:00
The alert FDP CC Acclimatised will get fired for duty1 since the measured FDP is more than the allowable FDP
Check whether the Allowable FDP shown is 11:00 in the alert message The allowable FDP shown in the alert message is 11:00 hrs

The alert FDP CC Acclimatised wont fire for duty 2 because the crew members are not acclimatised before the start of duty2
SPLIT DUTY: Suppose if the duty contains more than two sectors and the gap between these sectors are more than 3 hours, then SPLIT duty extension will come into effect. In this case, Allowable FDP = value from table+ inflight relief + split duty extension Split Duty Extension = (time between the sectors-00:30)/2 If the gap between sectors is more than 10 hours, then the rest is taken as 10 hours itself and the extension is calculated. So maximum extension which can be utilized by means of split duty is 10:00/2 = 05:00 19 PCID1,PCID6 TC_QR_019 Make sure that all of the crew members are acclimatized at the start of this trip A The crew members are acclimatized. The alert FDP CC Acclimatised will get fired for duty1 since the measured FDP is more than the allowable FDP

Make sure that if a delayed reporting of less than 4 hours are present, the measured and Allowable FDPs are calculated as mentioned below. Measured FDP = based on Actual Report time(between actual Report time UTC and last operating sector arrival time UTC in the duty) Allowable FDP = based on Planned Report time( Look at table A wrt Planned local report time) (In CMS, for a planned flight the actual and planned timings will be the same. This time report time change will reflect to ACTUAL The measured and Allowable FDPs are calculated as TIMES which can be seen from STR02 form) mentioned in case of Delayed reporting of less than 4 hours. 22 PCID1 TC_QR_022 Make sure that if a delayed reporting of more than 4 hours are present, the measured and Allowable FDPs are calculated as mentioned. Measured FDP = Time interval between (Planned UTC Report Time +4 hours) to last operating sector planned arrival UTC time in the duty Allowable FDP = calculated with planned as well as actual local report time and the MORE LIMITING value is taken. More limiting mentioned in case of Delayed reporting of greater than 4 value is 11. So that is taken hours.
Check for the alerts for the assigned crew.
