Under Sheriffs Law, a person can be criminally prosecuted for the crimes of Criminal Nuisance for engaging in sophistry, that is, purposely and intentionally basing using sophistry as a basis for a statement, an action, an argument, or an assertion. Sheriffs Law can be used against war criminals. Assume you were at the Nuerenberg trials, where nazi war criminals were tried and executed at the close of World War II. Consider the following dialogue between the prosecutor and the criminal defendant. Prosecutor: Mr. Eichman, you have been charged with war crimes, specifically, engaging in terrible human experiments on American prisoners of war. For example, you have been charged with the torture and murder of at least 15 American Officers who were placed in tanks filled with ice water, at your orders, to see just how long it would take them to freeze to death. Is this true Mr. Eichman? Adolph Eichman: I admit that I ordered those experiments on American prisoners of war, and I admit that the result was that they were tortured and then died. However, I assert that you cannot prosecute me under American law, and what I did was not a crime under German law of the nazi Third Reich. In fact, Adolph Hitler, the Head of State, personally authorized what I did. Prosecutor: Well, Mr. Eichman, I have a different legal strategy than the two that you have described. Mr. Eichman, do you believe that logic is valid?

Adolph Eichman: Yes, I believe in the validity of logic. Prosecutor: Mr. Eichman, would you admit that under International Law, following Grotius, and under German law, sophistry can be tried as a felony as criminal nuisance and treason under Sheriffs law, the Law of Logic? Adolph Eichman: Yes, I agree that sophistry can be tried as a felony under both International Law and German law. Prosecutor: Alright, Mr. Eichman, would you want to be frozen and tortured to death in ice water in the way those American prisoners were? Adolph Eichman: No, absolutely not. Prosecutor: Well, Mr. Eichman, here is how it works. You see, if you say that you would like to be frozen to death like those American prisoners of war, then I guess you could have not objection to the American Military doing it to you, Agreed? On the other had, since you say that you do not want to be tortured to death by being frozen to death as those American prisoners were, then, you Adolph Eichman are guilty of violating Sheriffs Law because you have committed the sophistry fallacies of Shifting Ground and Hypocrisy? Would you agree? Adolph Eichman: No comment. Prosecutor: Your Honor, I move for a directed verdict that Mr. Adolph Eichman is guilty of violating Sheriffs Law, and should be given the death penalty for criminal nuisance on the assizes and treason on the assizes. The Trial Judge: Adolph Eichman you are hereby found guilty of criminal nuisance on the assizes and treason on the assizes and are assessed the death penalty. Any last comments? Adolph Eichman: No, no comment.

Trial Judge: Bailiff, take Mr. Adolph Eichman to the yard and have him shot by a firing squad until he is dead. Court Adjouned.
