Executive summary:
Pakistan is an agriculture country and we hold a good position in export market of fruits, but from some few years we are facing some difficulties in this sector and in result we are losing our position in international market. Our major export countries are USA, Germany, Europe, Middle East, Far East, India, and Srilanka. Our 2.5% export is less due to Poor management during harvesting, transportation, packing and storing facility. As Pakistan export number of fruits but over main focus will be on mango and citrus. Because these fruits are highly demanded around all over the world. So our research objective is to research on these problems so that we can generate solution for it. There are also some other researches have been done it. This research will conduct by our own self. We collect the data from different source like interviews, questioner etc. we are two persons who are going to research on that problem

Problem statement:
Why Export of Pakistani fruits are declining?

Research objectives:
Why we are losing our exports of fruits as we are agricultural country? We will identify the all problems which are coming in this process. Try to give the solution for these problems.

Literature review:
Fruits exports stood at $48.155 million during the above-mentioned period against $62.056 million during the corresponding period last year. Chairman Fruit Exporters Association of Pakistan, Abdul Wahid giving reasons for this decline said that shortage of fruits, particularly mango and citrus due to lesser production were responsible for this slump in export. Agriculture is very important for Pakistan. It helps the country in the development of economy. Every country has a vast land, which is used for agriculture. Pakistan is also an agricultural country. Its total area is 7, 96,096 square kilometers. 70% of our total population is living in the villages. The major source of their living is agriculture. Agriculture employed 66% of the total workforce. As we know that Pakistan is an agricultural and we earn our major revenue through agricultural export. The province of Punjab occupied a dominant position with 80 per cent in the production of mangoes followed by Sindh with 20 per cent. Sindh produces two main varieties of mango, Sindhri and Chaunsa. The latter has been more affected by the disease. However, Chaunsa is the main variety from Punjab which has normal crop. About 94 per cent of citrus production area is in Punjab, 2.3 per cent in Sindh, 2.4 per cent in the NWFP, and 1.3 per cent in Balochistan out of the total 1,71,000 hectares. Out of the total production of 17,02,800 tons of citrus the share of Punjab is 95.5 per cent; of Sindh 1.6 per cent;

of the NWFP 2.2 per cent; and of Balochistan 0.7 per cent. Punjabs share is the biggest due to its climate. Sargodha, Sahiwal and Toba Tek Singh are major citrus producing districts in Punjab.

Important benefit:
Importance benefit of our research is that we provide the solution for this problem so that Pakistan can get back on its old position of exports in international market. When we conduct the research and get information from farmers and agricultural scientist then we are able to find the problem and also its solution.

Methodology:
This section presents an overview of the methods to used in the study. Areas covered include the research design, population, data collection and data analysis.

Research design:
In our research we do that research by our own self. We personally visit the different areas for the collection of the data. We collect the data through questioners, and also conduct interviews. We collect the data from questioner, interview, literature, and also visit Web site like Google, Wikipedia etc.

Data collection

Data analysis:
After that we analyze the data.

Nature and form of result:

We will provide the result report in the hard copy and also provide the other information collected by us relating to our research like literatures. We also ready to provide soft copy on the demand of our instructor.

Qualification:
We are two persons conducting the research on the following problem and our qualification is B.com .

TIME SCALE:
Third week : review of literature Fourth week: prepare questioner Fifth week : conduct interview

Sixth week : analysis all collect data Seventh week: prepare report Eight week : submitted report

Bibliography:
We will also tell about the references from were we collect the data and information.

Appendixes:
If there will be any type of table, charts, graphs, maps, will also be provide in the research report.

Limitations:
We cannot conduct this research on all the area of Punjab due to limited resources.
