Dear Module leader/primary lecturer Aim of this self-assessment audit: The CEMS Learner Support Committee is conducting a self-assessment audit on the use of myUnisa within the CEMS. This is an exercise to ascertain standard practices and to identify gaps. This audit is not a punitive measure. During 2008 a plan designed to ensure minimum presence of all modules on myUnisa was drawn up and it is now time to ascertain whether these set minimums have been applied or not and also to ascertain why not, in the relevant situations. Instructions:
Please complete this questionnaire electronically. Please complete a separate questionnaire for EACH module for which you are a primary lecturer/module leader. Your answers must reflect the situation during the 1st semester 2011, not what you plan to implement in the future. Please pdf and save your completed questionnaire with your School, dept & module name eg SAS_Tax_TAX1501
A report will be made available once the self assessment audit has been completed and training opportunities will be initiated where gaps are identified.
Once the self assessment audit is completed, it is envisages that a statistically determined sample of all the modules will be audited to verify the self assessment questionnaires.
Please submit to your CEMS Departmental Learner Support committee member (as per list attached in email) 5
