CAREER OBJECTIVE

To utilize my knowledge and skills in an optimum manner for the development of organization and self as a whole. Educational Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Sri Sai Polytechnic, Chandrapur in 2010 With 64%. Passed ITI in Electrician from Chandrapur in 2000 with 75%. Passed 10+2 Exam from L.T.V.Junior College Chandrapur in 1998 with 58% Details of Employment: Presently working as Sr. Technician in GUPTA ENERGY LTD. 2x60 MW TPS from 2009 to till date Working as a Sr. Technician in Murli Cement Industries Ltd. 2.14 MTPa cement plant from July 2006 to October 2009 Worked as an Electrician in Grace Industries Ltd, Tadali from 2004-2005. Worked as an Apprenticeship Electrician in 66 KV Substation (M.S.E.B Balharshah) from 2001-2003. Current Position: Sr. Technician. Job Profile: Erection & commissioning: Execution of project activities of various stationary & rotating equipment in Area like Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Kiln, Cooler and Cement Mill Area. HT-LT Switchgear (Make Siemens), Transformer (EMCO Make),Motor(SIMO, CHINA, Make), AC & DC drives ( Make ABB).

Salient features of the previous Plant:

Total installed capacity 3 X 16 MW. Captive power plant Cement Plant of 2.14 MTPa.

Work Responsibilities of the Previous plant : Doing preventive maintenance. Attending to maintenance & trouble shooting works of LT & HT drives & Switchgear (Like ABB make SF6, Asia MOCB, Crompton Greaves Vacuum Breaker, EE ACB, L & T ACB, Merlin Gerin etc.), VFD drives (, Siemens, ABB etc.), Battery, Fire Hydrant system, Creating a safe working environment by encouraging the workmen. Work Responsibilities of the Present plant : Total installed capacity 2x60 MW. CFBC Boiler power plant. Working in 220kv switch yard erection. 6.6 KV HT System. HT&LT Breaker testing and maintenance (11kv). DC Emergency system, Battery, Emergency lighting system. HT Breakers-Installation, testing, interlocks with bus PT etc at Siemens Breakers. Working on relays Siemens. Work on Transformer testing and commissioning of 1MVA to 75 MVA power Transformer. Achievement: Actively involved in erection & commissioning of Murli Industries Cement Plant. Experience in commissioning of 320KVA DG (Cummins and Caterpillar),VFD drives, MCCs & PMCCs, HT switchgear etc.
