GOOD BYE - BAD LUCK

INTRODUCTION:

Good-Bye Bad Luck looks impressive but impossible to most of the people. Every body dreams to say good-bye to his bad luck but he thinks that it is beyond his control and accepts it as wish of the God. God can and will never be happy by giving troubles to his creatures. Can you think of a gardener wanting somebody to uproot the plant, which he himself has planted? Definitely never and likewise how God can be against us. God is synonymous with nature and we make nature work against us by not balancing the five fundamental elements in constructing the structures of our houses in which we live just for the sake of beautification. My long research on the lives of so many people with respect to the houses in which they were living revealed that some times genius people with in built qualities were living in miserable conditions and were helpless because 5 basic elements of nature viz. Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Sky were not balanced in the structure of their houses. There were accidental deaths, mentally retarded children born, sufferings from serious diseases, women deserting their husbands for minor scuffles etc. At the same time people with ordinary capabilities were witnessed enjoying life styles with obedient children, accommodating spouse and were earning much money with less effort, enjoying all the amenities life could provide them. This was only because of the balanced mix of 5 basic elements of the nature in the structure of their houses. Let me share an instance in my life which prompted me to launch this website. A few days back, one of my old friends met me and told me that he was suffering from heart ailment and doctors have advised him a bypass surgery. I was shocked to learn it as he was only 36 years old and was not in a habit of taking food with high cholesterol, was a nonsmoker and totally vegetarian. On visiting his house I found that it was totally against 5 fundamental elements as were required. I was told that in the same house his father had died because of cancer at an early age and he also lost his mother because of an abnormal brain condition. There are so many people in this world who are unable to get what the nature has in store for them. So I decided to educate people to enjoy the amenities life could provide them by constructing houses, multistoried buildings and complexes in accordance with the requirements of the five basic elements of the nature. Even the existing house structures can be modified, by making minor or major changes, to make them favorable to us so that we enjoy prosperity, congenial atmosphere at home and a trouble free life.

Now let us first understand what the basic elements of the nature are.
FIRE: Fire is the representative of Sun, which gives us energy, light and life. A child suffering from jaundice can be cured gradually by exposing him to the rays of the rising Sun. Similarly when Sun rays fall on the leaves of trees it enables them to prepare their food from water, which they take from the earth and in turn give us oxygen. Moreover the potential of Solar Energy is not a hidden secret any more. Without the fire element our life is impossible. EARTH: Earth represents stability. Every thing stable around us is only because of the stability provided by the earth. WATER: We all know life without water is impossible. It is an essential element in our life. AIR: Breathing without air is impossible and hence our life. It is also a carrier of oxygen from plants to our body. SKY: The emptiness around us is the sky element. It is very essential for the absorption of sound e.g. if we play stereo system loudly in a closed room, sound will tend to come out by breaking the windowpanes. Even revolution of planets wouldnt have been possible without space, what about the roaming of clouds and falling of rain, medium for air to flow. All that is possible only because of sky. Sky is symbolic of sound. Without sky we cannot imagine the value of voice. As we have seen that these 5 elements are very essential for the life on earth and our house is our own little universe. Animals, birds and plants adhere completely to nature and that is why their lives are better than we people. They dont have any tensions; nervous breakdown sort of things that we humans tend to which in it is an evidence regarding strength of following a proper mix of elements of the nature. We human beings raise structures of our houses, which obstruct the Sunrays, Air into our houses there by inviting problems for our health, happiness, prosperity and relations among our family. If we pay due attention to the balance of these five elements in selecting a plot on which the house is to be built we can attain happiness, health, wealth, steady progress, longevity of life both for ourself as well our family members.

During my research I have come across certain cases where a particular person while residing in a proper house has earned money like anything and has lead a prosperous life. When the same person constructed a new house without paying any heed to the basic elements of nature the downfall started leading to a decline in business, quarrels in the family and other

mishappening. Here the person was the same, his intelligence was the same, his experience might have been more because of passage of time so beyond doubt the structure of the house made all the difference. Plots: Basically there are four directions namely north, east, south, west and as far as the construction of the structure of the house is concerned we have to take into considerations four corners, the intersection of two sides. The four corners are North East, North West, South East and South West. As shown in the picture there are 3 equal divisions of the side making nine blocks. These houses are named as: North East: (NE) Should have water and lightweight goods. East: (E) Is representative of Energy South East: (SE) Should have fire. South : (S) Is representative of Stability, Health and Wealth South West: (SW) Should have weight, heaviness and stability. West: (W) Is representative of Development, Wisdom and Popularity. North West: (NW) Should have air. North: (N) Is representative of magnetic power of North Pole. Center: (C) Is representative of Totality as child gets protection and nourishment while in mothers womb.

Henceforth all kinds of plots will be discussed and corrections to the defective ones will be made by drawing dotted lines. Area falling beyond the correction line should never be used and should be considered, as it was never a part of the plot. EAST As it is a universal truth that Sun rises in the east and sets in the west, so is the case with the mariners compass, its needle always points towards north. It is the geo-magnetism that compels the compass needle to point always towards north irrespective of the weather conditions and other external factors. So is the case with the piece of land and the structure of the house, which we construct on the same. The plot should be slanting towards northeast and high in the southwest. North West should be higher than the North East; South East should be higher than North West. South West must be highest among all (i.e., NE, NW, SE).

As face makes the personality of a man so is the case with the East side of the plot. Picture P-2WRG depicts a defective plot, which is generally ignored by the people, with cuts all around its boundary line. This defection may lead to the birth of mentally retarded, paralyzed, deaf & dumb and disproportionate limbed children. This will also affect the male members of the family residing in the structure constructed on this plot for 15 years or more because this side is related to them. It can also lead to fall in the income of the family.

Dotted line in picture-2 shows how to disconnect the defective area of the plot by constructing a strait boundary wall. Area beyond the boundary wall should never be used and should be considered, as it was never a part of the plot. Now this is the correct plot to construct a house on it. Similar kinds of defections in the plots are shown below and these must be rectified in the manner stated above.

Note: In this plot the East is increasing towards North East, which is good for the male members of the family. It would also lead to their good health, wealth, generosity and popularity. The plot depicted in picture (P-8 WRG) was turned defective only on account of a curve in the North East corner. The correction made in this case was only to remove the curve thereby making the plot increase towards North. This will be very fruitful to them. Find:(This will act as a topping on an ice cake.)

NORTH

Defections in North of the North East and North of a plot relates to the female members of the family. All the problems that could arise to male members of the family as stated earlier, due to East defections, are bound to arise to the female members in this case. The positive impact of the perfect North of North East and North will be the same as that in case of male with respect to East and East of North East. Dotted line in picture-14 shows how to disconnect the defective area of the plot by constructing a strait boundary wall. Area beyond the boundary wall should never be used and should be considered, as it was never a part of the plot. Now this is the correct plot to construct a house on it.

In this plot the North is increasing towards North East corner, which is good for the female members of the family. It would also lead to their good health, wealth, generosity and popularity. The plot depicted in picture (P-19 WRG) was turned defective only on account of a curve in the North East corner. The correction made in this case was only to remove the curve thereby making the plot increase towards East. This will be very fruitful to them. One more thing to be noted here is that the persons living in this kind of plot will be of greedy nature due to increase of North of North East corner

Always remember that any type of increase in the North East corner will be fruitful. In the picture (P-20 WRG) depicted above the North is disconnected from the plot, which is not acceptable. To make it positive we have disconnected the North West corner (as shown in picture P-20 CRT) there by making it beneficial. By disconnecting the North West corner we have increased the North of North East that is again very fruitful. All the pictures shown below are also rectified following the same principle.

WEST West side is related with development and popularity of all the members of the family. If open area in the West is more than open area in the East then it will lead to failures of efforts in life and the male members will tend to develop lesser interest in their counterparts. The female will also remain unhappy with their male counterparts there by disturbing the environment of the whole family. There will be quarrels in the family over small issues. The various plots related to West side defections are shown below along with their corrections.

In the picture (P-25CRT) shown above, increase in the West of North West corner is acceptable as it is an increase only in the North West corner and not the West as a whole.

This picture (P26CRT) shows a cut in the North West corner, which does not have any loss and is acceptable.

But as shown in picture (P 27 WRG) there is a steady increase in the West as a whole towards the North West corner leading to increase in West of the North West. This speech of the members of the family will become very rude in this case thereby leading to an increase in quarrels causing enmity with others. Police cases, Court cases, Divorce cases, Bank problems, government penalties and the likes will also be seen here.

The defections in West tend to give physical loss to male members of the family residing in the structure of a house constructed on such a plot and could also lead an unnatural death. The increase of West of South West corner in any manner will physically hit the male members leading to loss of body parts or will result in injuries. Hence South West corner must be rightly at 90 angle (i.e., it should form a right angle). Thus the South West corner must not increase in any case.

As shown in picture (P-29 CRT) West is cut off which is acceptable. Hence there is no loss from such a structure.

SOUTH South is related to health and wealth. Defections in South are related to the health of the female members of the family residing in the structure of a house constructed on such a plot and would also lead to loss of wealth and even an unnatural death.

The picture (P-31 CRT) shows the South of South East corner increased at 90 towards the South showing an increasing East. It is beneficiary.

The cut in the South East corner is acceptable. There is no loss from such a plot.

The picture (P-33 CRT) shows South disconnected, which is acceptable. There is no loss from such a plot.

Extension of Plots: Many times it is seen that persons tend to buy a plot adjoining their house to facilitate extra accommodation. This thing can act in favour as well as can cast a negative effect. We shall discuss some of those cases here.

Picture (P-EXT-1CRT) shows extended area in the East of the North East corner. It is very fruitful and no delay must be made in purchasing or using it.

Picture (P-EXT-3CRT) shows extended area in the North of the North East corner. It is very fruitful and no delay must be made in purchasing or using it.

Picture (P-EXT-5WRG) shows extended area in the South. It will be a cause of heavy financial losses and will also hit the female members of the family as due to this South will be more open than the North. So such an extension or purchase is not at all recommended.

Picture (P-EXT-6CRT) shows extended area in the South of the South East. Such an extension or purchase is not harmful.

Picture (P-EXT-7WRG) shows extended area in the South of the South West. Such an extension or purchase is harmful and will cause financial losses also affecting the female members adversely. So such an extension or purchase is not at all recommended.

Picture (P-EXT-8WRG) shows extended area in the West. Such an extension or purchase is harmful and will cause financial losses also affecting the male members adversely. So such an extension or purchase is not at all recommended.

Picture (P-EXT-9WRG) shows extended area in the West of the South West. Such an extension or purchase is harmful and will cause financial losses also affecting the male members adversely. So such an extension or purchase is not at all recommended.

Picture (P-EXT-10WRG) shows extended area in the South and West. Such an extension or purchase is harmful and will cause financial losses also

affecting both male and female members adversely. So such an extension or purchase is not at all recommended.

Picture (P-EXT-11WRG) already shows a basement in the North East. In this case if one purchases an extended area in the East then the same basement will fall under North West area of the plot and will act unfavourably. If one has to purchase the extension then in that case basement should be extended till the North East corner of the new plot.

Picture (P-EXT-11WRG) already shows a basement in the North East. If one has to purchase the extension then in that case basement should be extended till the North East corner of the new plot. ROADS: If a house is constructed penetrating or blocking the road in front of it as shown in the pictures below, its effect will be bad or good depending upon the direction of the road. If a road is approaching a house at a right, obtuse or acute angle it can have some effect either good or bad to the residents of the

house. It is very essential to understand this aspect. We will discuss it in detail after each picture.

In the picture (P-46) the road strikes the house (though partially) on the North East corner and the North West corner. The house is penetrating into the road in this case thus the East of the North East corner and the West of the North West corner is increasing which is a good sign. It will be providing an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the male members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-47) the road is striking fully at the East of the North East corner. This will also provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the male members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-48) the road strikes the house (though partially) on the North of the North East corner and the South of the South East corner. The house is penetrating into the road in this case, thus the North of the North East corner and the South of the South East corner is increasing which is a good sign. It will be providing an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the female members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-49) the road is striking fully at the North of the North East corner. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the female members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-50) the road is striking fully at the South of the South East corner. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the female members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-51) the road is striking fully at the West of the North West corner. This will also provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the male members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-52) the road is striking fully at the East side of the plot towards North. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the male members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-52A) the road is striking fully at the East side of the plot. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the male members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-53) the road is striking fully at the East side of the plot. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the male members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-54) the road is striking fully at the North side of the plot. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the female members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-54A) the road is striking fully at the North side of the plot towards the East side. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the female members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-55) the road is striking fully at the North side of the plot. This will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the female members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture P-56 WRG the road falls on the East of the South East corner, which is objectionable. It will be a cause of mis-happenings to the residing family. Picture P-56CRT shows the correction that can be made to such a plot i.e., the portion directly in line to the road should be disposed off and the main gate should be shifted at some place as discussed in our main gates section. If it is not possible for one to dispose the faulty section of the plot or if the main gate cannot be shifted at some other place (towards some other road) then it is not advisable to live there.

The picture (P-57WRG) shows the road falling at the South of the South West corner which directly affects the health and nature of female members of the family and will also cause financial losses. So the portion falling in line with the road must be disposed off as shown in picture (P56CRT).

The picture (P-58WRG) shows the road falling at the West of the South West corner which directly affects the health and nature of male members of the family and will also cause financial losses. So the portion falling in line with the road must be disposed off as shown in picture (P-56CRT).

The picture (P-59WRG) shows the road falling at the North of the North West corner, which directly affects the health, and nature of both male as well as female members of the family. So the portion falling in line with the road must be disposed off as shown in picture (P-59CRT).

In the picture (P-60WRG) the road strikes the house (though partially) on the South of the South West corner and the North of the North West corner. The road is attacking at the South of South West corner, which is harmful for the health of female members as well as the finance. It will also create many other problems so living in such a house is not at all recommended.

In the picture (P-61WRG) the road strikes the house (though partially) on the West of the South West corner and the East of the South East corner. The road is attacking at the West of South West corner, which is harmful for the health of male members as well as the finance. It will also create many other problems so living in such a house is not at all recommended.

In the picture (P-62A CRT) the road is striking fully at the center of South side of the plot. The portion of the plot towards East should be disconnected as shown by dotted line thereby making the road fall at the South of South East corner, which is acceptable. This correction will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the female members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-62WRG) the road strikes the house fully on the South side. Here as the road is attacking the South side so it is harmful for the health of female members as well as the finance. It will also create many other problems so living in such a house is not at all recommended.

In the picture (P-63A CRT) the road is striking fully at the center of West side of the plot. The portion of the plot towards North should be disconnected as shown by dotted line thereby making the road fall at the West of the North West corner, which is acceptable. This correction will provide an extra energy, converting itself into financial equivalent, to the male members of the family residing in such a house.

In the picture (P-63WRG) the road strikes the house fully on the West side. Here as the road is attacking the West side so it is harmful for the health

of male members as well as the finance. It will also create many other problems so living in such a house is not at all recommended.

The picture above depicts a special case as the road falls exactly on the North East corner, which is very rare. It is a very good sign and is beneficial for the male as well as the female members. Both will have a lot of energy in them and they will also attain a very good social status.

The picture (P-64BWRG) depicts the road falling at the South East corner, which is not acceptable. Thus one must not live in such a house, as it is not advisable.

The picture (P-64CWRG) depicts the road falling at the South West corner, which is not acceptable. Thus one must not live in such a house, as it is not advisable.

The picture (P-64DWRG) depicts the road falling at the North West corner, which is not acceptable. Thus one must not live in such a house, as it is not advisable.

The picture (P-65WRG) shows the roads falling at all corners of the plot. Here only the road falling at the North East corner is acceptable and the remaining three roads are defective. Since the energy is flowing only from one side and is being used by the other three so such a plot is not worth living.
MAIN GATES:

Main gate is the first impression of the house and it casts an enormous effect on the life of the members living in the house. A good start forms an essential foundation for any work that we undertake. Similarly holds true for the main gate of the house entrance.

If the main gate is towards the East of the South East facing the main road, then having a gate as shown in picture (P-42 WRG) is incorrect. This will make the members of the family prone to cheating. Thus either the family members will start cheating or they will be at the receiving end of it. So to avoid all this main gate should be placed in the position shown in the picture (P-37) above. If the main road falls in the East then main gate should be in the East of North East. It is good for health, wealth and well being of the male members of the family living there. If it is not convenient then there is another option to this, which is that the gate also can be placed anywhere on the half of the East side towards North. But the best position in any case would be the East of the North East corner.

Having a main gate in the North of the North West corner is again incorrect. This will make the female members of the family restless and unsatisfied. If the main road falls in the North then main gate should be in the

North of North East. It is good for health, wealth and well being of the female members of the family living there. If it is not convenient then there is another option to this, which is that the gate can also be placed anywhere on the half of the North side towards North. But the best position in any case would be the North of the North East corner.

Main gate towards the South of South West corner is also not desirable as shown in picture (P-44 WRG). It will be harmful for ladies affecting their health and will also give financial losses. No matter how efficient the members of the family are but they will not be able to avoid unwanted expenses. If the main road is towards the South then the position shown in the picture (P-39) is the correct one to place the main gate. If it is not convenient then there is another option to this, which is that the gate can also be placed anywhere on the half of the South side towards East. But the best position in any case would be the South of the South East corner.

The picture (P-41 WRG) shows the main gate towards the South West corner, which is harmful for the health of male members of the family. Sometimes it is also seen that the male members of the family tend to suffer bad health leading to surgery etc in some cases. It could also lead to the male members turning addictive towards drugs or make them drunkards. All these can be avoided if the main gate of the house is put in the right place as shown in the picture (P-40). Thus if the main road is towards the West then the position shown in the picture (P-40) is the correct one to place the main gate. If it is not convenient then there is another option to this, which is that the gate can also be placed anywhere on the half of the West side towards North. But

the best position in any case would be the West of the North West corner. One more thing to be noted in this case is that if the main gate is towards the West of North West then the members of the family will be earning their living after involving themselves into a lot of travel. Multiple Gates/Corner Plots:

If one has a corner plot then the three positions shown in the picture above (P-45) are the best places to have the main gates although having a main gate towards the North of North East corner and the East of North East corner is better than the third position i.e., west of North West corner. One can also keep gates in all the three positions simultaneously.

Main gates as shown in the picture (P-MG-12 WRG) although being correct places when considered in isolation, should not be kept simultaneously as it is a combination of the two fundamental elements Fire and Air, which is not desirable. Any one gate can be chosen depending on ones suitability. The following main gates shown are in a correct position and need not be altered.

If all gates inside the house are in a straight line as shown in the picture (P-MG-19 CRT) it is perfectly desirable. They can also be in conjunction with the main gate.

Main gates at the West of North West and the South of South East corners as shown in the picture (P-MG-17 WRG) although being correct places when considered in isolation, should not be kept simultaneously as it is

a combination of the two fundamental elements Fire and Air, which is not desirable. Any one gate can be chosen out of these two depending on ones suitability. The remaining gates at the North of North east and the East of North East corner can be kept after removing this defection.

In the picture (P-MG-18 WRG) the main gate at the North of the North West corner is not desirable and should be removed. If this gate is removed then both the gates at the North of the North East corner would be acceptable. Plots not in line with North (i.e., North turning at 45 towards West) As shown in the following pictures if the plot is at an angle and the roads are as shown then the main gates should be in the following places.

CONSTRUCTED AREA: Just like as we already discussed the importance of a plot, main gates, basements and balconies similarly the exact constructed area also forms a very important part in this.

The picture (P-75WRG) shows constructed area in the North East corner where as the South and West sides are left open. This made the North East portion of the plot and building heavier than the South West portion. This will hit the male and female members of the family physically and will also cause financial crises. So this type of construction is absolutely wrong and is not at all recommended.

The picture (P-76WRG) shows constructed area in the South East corner where as the North and West sides are left open. This made the South East portion of the plot and building heavier than the North West portion. Opening of North is good for ladies and wealth but the more opening of West in this case will be the cause of the failure of the male members of the family also leading to increasing expenses. Thus slowly and steadily the family will come under financial crisis. In such a house the female would be more

dominant member. Such a construction will lead to failure of the members living there. So this type of construction is absolutely wrong and is not at all recommended.

The picture (P-77WRG) shows constructed area in the North where as the East, South and West sides are left open. This made the North portion of the plot and building heavier. Due to the opening of the East the male members although will be getting some energy, but due to excessive opening of South and West will be the cause of financial losses and also lead to depletion of health and wealth. Such a house will be the major cause of bringing worries to the female members. So this type of construction is absolutely wrong and is not at all recommended.

The picture (P-78CRT) shows constructed area in the South West corner where as the North and East sides are left open. It is a very good sign both for the male and female members and will bring laurels to the family. The members of the family will truly cherish the life they are living, enjoying all the luxuries of life if all other things as discussed in earlier sections are also in a proper manner. Thus such a construction is highly recommended.

The picture (P-79CRT) shows constructed area in the West towards South West corner where as the North, East and South sides are left open. The portion of South is less open than the Northern one which is acceptable. It is very good signs both for the male and female members and will bring laurels to the family. The members of the family will truly cherish the life they are living, enjoying all the luxuries of life if all other things as discussed in earlier sections are also in a proper manner. Thus such a construction is highly recommended.

The picture (P-80CRT) shows constructed area in the South West area of the plot. Here the open area in the North is more than the open area in the South. Similarly the open area in the East is more than the open area in the West. It is an ideal construction. With such kind of construction if there is any basement, pit or well at the South West corner outside the plot or at the neighbours place living at the South West corner, it will in no way harm the residents of this house. This kind of a construction is very good for the male and female members and will bring laurels to the family. The members of the family will truly cherish the life they are living, enjoying all the luxuries of life if all other things as discussed in earlier sections are also in a proper manner. Thus such a construction is highly recommended.

The picture (P-81CRT) shows constructed area in the South towards South West area of the plot. Here the North is open. The open area in the East is more than the open area in the West. It is an ideal construction. This kind of a construction is very good for the male and female members and will bring laurels to the family. The members of the family will truly cherish the life they are living, enjoying all the luxuries of life if all other things as discussed in earlier sections are also in a proper manner. Thus such a construction is highly recommended.

The picture (P-80A WRG) shows constructed area in the South West towards South West corner where as the North, East, South and West sides are left open. The portion of South is less open than the North and East is more open than West, which is acceptable. But there is one problem in this case. The North East corner of the constructed area has been cut and is out of the constructed area of the house. This could be a cause of death of children or the birth of a mentally retarded child even sometimes causing miscarriage among member pregnant ladies or might also cause abortion cases in the house. To void these problems area shown in picture (P-80A CRT) by dotted lines should be covered and must be brought under the constructed portion of the house, forming it a part of the house. After the corrections all these problems can be rectified. This will make the same house favourable both for the male and female members and will bring laurels to the family. The members of the

family will truly enjoy the life they will be living. Members living in such a house will enjoy all the luxuries of life if all other things as discussed in earlier sections are also in a proper manner. Thus such a correction construction is highly recommended.

In the picture (P-80BWRG) the North West corner of the constructed area of the house has been cut off. It is a major defection so 25% area of this basement towards South East should be filled to enjoy better results. This correction will make the basement in North East, which is perfectly acceptable. STAIRS (LIFT/ELEVATORS): Stairs/lift/elevators must never be constructed touching the boundary wall of the North and East sides. The stairs/lift/elevators touching the North boundary will cause headaches in females living in that house and the ones touching East will be a cause of headache in male members of the family. Stairs/Elevators can be of any design (L type, U type, straight, or even round). Stairs/lift/elevators can be constructed inside as well as outside the house but care must be taken that they do not touch the East and North boundary walls.
