NOTES: LP, which leads the ruling coalition in Congress, is chaired by President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III. His running mate in the May 2010 elections and now Transportation and Communication Secretary Mar Roxas II is LP president. A major bloc of the Lakas-Kampi party of former President Gloria Arroyo is now allied with the Liberal Party of President Aquino in the House of Representatives. The PDP-Laban party of Vice President Jejomar Binay is allied with the Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino of former President Joseph Estrada. San Juan Mayor Guia Gomez of the Magdiwang Party is the second spouse of Estrada. The Nacionalista Party is chaired by Sen. Manuel B. Villar Jr. The Navoteo Party of Navotas Mayor John Tiangco is allied with Navotas City Rep. Tobias M. Tiangco. Tobias and John are brothers and are both members of Navoteo.
