I attempted to talk to Mr. OBrien today and for the first time since I saw him in the Federal Russell building the day of my last hearing before Judge Cooper. Mr. O'Brien is aware he is a criminal defendant for filed criminal charges against him related to crimes he has committed against me. Mr. O'Brien hung up on me, but not before he refused to meet with me at a law enforcement office today at 2pm, and not before he threatened to take my case into his own hands. I am concerned that Mr. O'Brien has Ued to the Court, has lied to the Government and has lied to me. Apparently to help his very good friend and their associates avoid scrutiny. I am also concerned about Mr. O'Brien's active attempts to keep pertinent information out ofthe record ofthe case-especially if it helps my case or hurts Mr. O'Brien or hisfraudsterfriends. Mr. O'Brien continues to refuse to send me my case materials and has refused to talk to me on the phone except for the brief interaction a few moments agobefore he hung up on me. Please contact me directly. I just tried to talk to you to explain we need to meet witti law enforcement at 2pm today. Per my call to you a moment ago, you are aware that criminal charges have been filed against you and that you are a criminal defendant with an upcoming court hearing related to the crimes you have committed against me. Further, and before you hung up on me, you threatened to not involve me in my own defense. You have absolutely refused to provide me my case materials, you have absolutely refused to talk to me, and you have purposely hed to people about your true mahcious interests in my case. I, again, demand you stop cooperating with yourfraudsterfriends. The death threats and other threats have been well documented, but you continue as if you beheve you are above the law. 1 request you immediately reply and let me know whether or not you will be meeting me today at 2pm at the Sandy Springs Police Department Obviously, we can discuss whatever we need to in one of their offices or in the lobby. Please bring all of the case materials and information I requested in my last email to you. I consider you an adverse party with illegal intentions. Scott Hintz

You have refused to help get Judge King modify her orders to allow the criminal investigations against your friend and his associates to move forward in the state court. You have also maliciously acted to help them in several other ways. You have refused to talk to me and other agents about the illegal activities surrounding those involved in bringing false allegations against me. Your criminal case has been scheduled for a court hearing. I very specifically request you re-submit my Pro Se filings immediately. I have submitted doc.449 and doc.458 to have the record reflect the criminal cases against you, to reflect your serious conflicts of interest, and to reflect your refusal to talk and cooperate with me. I specifically demand you resubmit the Pro Se items immediately and request an immediate court hearing before Judge King on these items. Additionally, there is more evidence that needs to be submitted to evidence your acts. I can meet you at the Sandy Springs PoUce Department at 2pm tomorrow to receive my case materials or you can have all my items sent to this email address or you can send everything to me via overnight mail to the address I have listed on PACER. I have not received a call from you, nor have I talked to you since the day we were last in court before Judge Clarence Cooper. I have requested case materials and a call from you nearly every day since your appointment on July 5,2011. I have also requested you get permissionfromJudge King for me to pursue investigations against your very good friend, Jerome Froehch, and his associates (the investigations would reveal their criminal acts and false statements in my case # 1:03-CR-l 31 -CC and would prove my innocence in both the underlying case and the revocation). You have refused to do so, to date. You have been provided credible evidence ofthe death and other threats against me (including some showing thisfraudstergroup is using you for help against me), but you have not moved to get an IMMEDIATE audience on these matters. In fact, you tried to discourage me from reporting the crimes with your veiled threats.
