Introduction
FRESHORIZE was a great innovation about soft hand-wash, air-freshener and gentle moisturising formula; all together in a single bottle. Before invention of FRESHORIZE; even now a days as well, widely it has been used the Soft hand wash, air freshener and m oisturising separately. But, Mr. Aziz Patel, inventor of this new idea, makes it possible to be bottled these three in a single bottle. Though Mr. Aziz faced huge problems at initially to commercialise his idea but, ultimately he has successfully done it. A company, Freshorize Ltd. has started up in 2003. From inception of Freshorize ltd. to till date its journey was not smooth. Initially, no one wanted to buy this new product. Mr. Patel went to several retailer and wholesalers door to door to make sales. At last TESSCO was agreed to shelve it for selling. Then people have been started to know about Freshorize and started to buy it. Within very short time customers accept this nice and comparably cost effective product. After that Mr. Patel started to sale Freshorize to the airlines from where, at flying, he has got the idea of Freshorize. After protecting the patent right all over the world, now Mr. Patel is trying to market his product, Freshorize, globally. Freshorize is that type of product that is use in each and every office, schools, colleges, d universities, homes, airlines, stemmers, sheep and passenger trains everywhere. There is huge prospect for this product in domestic as well as international market. Freshorize ltd. is doing well & good and developing its business no-doubt. But, is Freshorize ltd. on the wrights track or could it have been done better? Does the growth management of Freshorize ltd is on the proper way? Has the Freshorize ltd. grown up accurately as much it should be? There are so many questions around the Freshorize ltd. regarding its current position and where it should be. This research project will try to find out why Freshorize ltd. didnt increase its business rapidly as much as it could have been? And what is the link between this failure and growth management of FRESHORIZE.

Research Questions
1. How innovative was the FRESHORIZE invention? 2. Why FRESHORIZE Ltd. couldnt grow up properly as much as it could have been? 3. What is the growth management practice condition in FRESHORIZE Ltd.?

Background
Freshorize is a great innovation made by Mr. Aziz Patel. This is a very important and useful product for daily uses in each and every house, offices and everywhere there are any wash room facilities. It is a classical example of very simple innovation but so much essential in our day to day life. The idea was come from very ordinary level but its impact is very much significant to all of us. To make it possible, Mr. Aziz Patel didnt need to go through any scientific process or any complicated experiment. Even he didnt need to do any sophisticated laboratory test indeed. Always this type of simple but lifestyle changing innovation has huge impact on business industries as well. In this case the small innovator(s) have to suffera lot to establish their entrepreneurial skills. Because, the existing companies always try to create so many obstacles or entry barriers (Porter, 1980) against the new entrants for their (existing companies) own interest, it is very simple; no one wants to lose their market share. Here Mr. Aziz Patel has also had so many obstacles which have been overcome by Mr. Aziz Patel to be success. Though Mr. Aziz Patel was very successful on his good innovation of Freshorize and commercialised of this innovation but, he could not take full advantage of business opportunities from this great innovation. It could have been the creative destruction innovation as per Schumpeter. Why Freshorize could not take the most business advantages in spite of having so many opportunities. This is a good issue for business research because; in one hand Freshorize is a great innovation, no doubt about that and Mr. Aziz Patel, inventor of Freshorize, has protected the patent right of his Intellectual Property (IP) as well as commercialised it successfully. On the other hand, Freshorize could not be so successful business in spite of having some potential business opportunities. It could have been the disruptive innovation as per Clayton M. Christensen. It is a great example of good innovation and its commercialisation but not so good or successful on the business growth management. As a business entrepreneurship path way student, Freshorize and its entire history is so fascinated to me because this is a great example of a good innovation, commercialisation of new invented product and growth management of a newly born company.

Literature Review
This research project has two key theoretical areas; one is innovation and another is growth management. In academic world there are so many theories and writing about the innovation process and model. Schumpeter, who is widely recognised as a socialist economist, has come out innovation theory very first; at thirtys decade of last century. He again modified his theory in seventys decade at the same century of his first theory. In his first theory, Schumpeter emphasises and discuss about the innovation in manufacturing process. It was very realistic at that time because in that time entire economic activity of the whole world was produc t manufacturing based. At that time service sector was not very much considerable and influential factor in economic activities. After First World War, entire world economy was moved forward with manufacturing sector, it was the starting point of Industria Revolution. l May be thats why, Schumpeter developed his theory and argued that how innovation can influence the manufacturing process. On his innovation theory, Peter Drucker argued and discussed about the sources of innovation. He identified seven sources of innovation, among those sources first four sources; 1) Un expectation, 2) Incongruity, 3) Need, 4) Structure change arise from inside the organization and the last three sources; 5) Demographic change, 6) Perceptions change and 7) New ideas arise from outside the organization. Burns and Stalker, in their Mechanistic and Organic Systems theory of innovation, they argued and discussed about innovation from organizational structure and management system point of view. They identify two types of organization; one is Mechanistic or bureaucratic organizations which are not suitable to be innovative and another is Organic or team culture organizations which are more innovative. In academic field there are several approaches regarding growth management in to the organizations. Some authors have argued and discussed about evolutionary and revolutionary approach of growth management in to the organizations (Greiner, 1972). Some au thors (Churchill and Lewis, 1983) have discussed growth management through steps by steps approach. They discussed about five steps; 1) Inception, 2) Survival, 3) Growth, 4) Expansion

and 5) Maturity. Each step comes one after another sequentially. Every sep comes out with t different, different challenges and then growth management approach has to be changed to overcome each steps challenges. Scott & Bruce, (1987) have argued the management style, organizational structure and top management roles regarding growth management approach in each step to overcome its challenges. These steps are more or less very much sequential and we cant avoid the hierarchy as well (Dodge & Robbins, 1992 and Quinn & Cameron, 1983). Some authors (Churchill & Lewis, 1983; Hanks et al., 1994; Kazanjian, 1988; Scott & Bruce, 1987; and Steinmetz, 1969) have argued and discussed about life cycle approach of growth management in to the organization. Though most of the steps are conceptual but, some empirical testing have found in small and medium enterprises (Quinn & Cameron, 1983).

Research objective
This research projects objective is to find out the relationship between new entrepreneurial organizations growth and the growth management performance of that org anization and how much correlated these two factors. At present we know that growth management performance is one of the important factors of growth of any new entrepreneurial organization. But, we dont know how much this two factors are correlated. May b for this reason, most of the cases e growing up new born small and medium enterprises ignore or over look the significance of growth management issue in to their organization. As a result, after growing up rapidly within very short time they collapsed. In this research, if we can find out the relationship and the depth of relationship between the growth management performance and growth of any new entrepreneurial organization then may be some new and fresh research will be conducted on the significance of growth management performance of any growing up organization.

Methodology
Research Approach
In this research the researcher will use the deductive research approach. As outcome of this research project will add some fresh insight, not any new idea or thought, in to the field of knowledge about the relationship between new entrepreneurial organizaions growth and t growth management practice performance in to that organization, so its a deductive research

approach (Saunders M et al., 2008). At present there are some thoughts that the growth management performance is one of the significant factors f any new entrepreneurial or organization to be successful. But, there is no idea that how does growth management performance affects the growth of any new entrepreneurial organization.

Research strategy
In this research researcher will use both quantitative and qualitative data because, the measurement of growth; using financial position, market share, number of employees etc. is quantitative data. On the other hand, the parameter to measure innovativeness and growth management performance of any organizat on is qualitative data (Saunders M et al., 2008). i Both primary and secondary data would have been collected and used to conduct this research. The primary data would have been collected through survey among the customers of Freshorize product and through interview by interviewing to Mr. Aziz Patel, inventor and owner of Freshorize. So, multi method data collection strategy would have been used in this research. For customer survey, population size would be all customers or users of Freshorize product and sample size would be 100 selected sample customers. The sample customers would have been selected through random sampling method. Random sampling method is to select the sample without considering any things like; age, gender, colour, education etc. (Saunders M et al., 2008). The sample customers would have been selected and interviewed in 10 different TESSCO stores located in 10 different Borough across London city. The secondary data would have been collected from annual report along with audited financial statement of Freshorize ltd. as well as any other published report on Freshorize. To analyse the collected data in this research, quantitative data analysis method would have been used. Factor analysis (Hair et al., 1987) has been used to reduce the num of variables. ber This research would be a cross sectional time horizon from inception of Freshorize ltd. to financial year of Freshorize ltd. ended 2010.

Research ethics
In this research the researcher will be promised not to disclose the confidential data and information collected from Freshorize ltd. and the customers through survey and interview. Its very normal ethical issue for any researcher that (s)he should not disclose any data and information which were collected for purpose of the research w (Saunders M et al., 2008). ork Particularly in this research, may be the researcher will have to collect some very confidential

data and information. But, due to ethical consideration in research the researcher must have to keep that confidential data and information undisclosed.

Required resources
To conduct this research, the researcher will need both some financial and non financial resources. As this research project would not required huge financial resources, its required very nominal figure, thats why researcher will fund it from his own poc ket. On the other hand, the researcher needs some non financial resources; books, journals, computer for data analysis, expertise guide line, editing etc. The researcher can get assistance regarding these issues from College of Technology London (CTL), as because the researcher is now studying in this college.
