2. Exports The company supply high quality agriculture products to the competitive markets, at the same time as ensuring philosophy of CIC Agri Businesses. 3. Seed and planting materials The company is providing quality seeds and planting materials to the farmers to improve the yield of their farming. 4. 5. Agri Holiday Resort CIC maintains an Agri Holiday Resort in Hingurakgoda to promote agri-tourism which is a new concept in tourism.

Aqua Culture Fresh water prawns or Scampi (a large marine crustacean with a cylindrical body, stalked eyes, and the first of its five pairs of limbs modified as pincers) is a profitable business practiced in many countries in the region. Plantations They account for 5% of Sri Lankas tea production and 4.5% of the rubber production. For banana cultivation they use hybrid varieties. They use Cavendish banana variety. It is a world famous one. Therefore CIC Company has good export and local market for banana than others. Their products havent diseases. CIC Company can confirm it by using their tissue culture practices. Because they have tissue culture laboratories. This facility is an advantage to them for survival in the market than other competitors. CIC tractors have built with new styling and extra power than other type of tractors. Extra power makes all work easy, whether it is farming or transport. With these capabilities Shaktiman tractor leaves a mark on field and roads. They have papaya plantations in the island. They use Red Lady and Sun rice varieties under micro irrigation. Because they can produce high quality and tasty papaws than other papaya cultivators. The National Environmental Act of 1980 with its subsequent amendments in 1988 and 2000, which applies to both local and foreign investors stands as the most important single piece of legislation on environmental protection and management in Sri Lanka. It lays down stringent standards and restrictions to control discharges of pollutants to air, water and soil, to control the handling of chemical substances and risky wastes and to restore polluted properties.
