BeforedoingabulkimportintoeEdge,taketimetocleanupyourcurrentdatabasesoyouhavethe
cleanest,mosteffectivebookofbusinesspossible.ContinueusinganyexistingContactManagement
SystemasyoubecomefamiliarwiththeeEdgesystem.Newleadswillbefunnelingintohelpyouget
usedtoworkingineEdge.

myTransactions,poweredbyDotLoop,isarevolutionarypaperlesstransactionsystem.Itisguaranteed
tomakeyoumoreefficientnomorefaxingpapersbackandforth,havingtomeetwithclientsin
person,ordrivingacrosstownformissedsignaturesormissingforms.Withthissystem,thetraditional
papertrailisnowonlineandpartiescancollaborateinonespace.Furthermore,thesystemhas
enhancedsecuritynomoreinitialedchangestosmudgedcontracts,illegiblehandwriting,overfaxed
contracts,orlostdocuments.UsingthemyTransactionsbyDotLoopsystem,everyadjustmentcanbe
trackedandtimestamped,creatingoneseamlessdocument.Eachfieldhasitsownhistoryattachedto
it,allowinguserstoseechanges.Andthedocumentsarestoredforsevenyears,withallpartieshaving
access.
Manyassociatesarefamiliarwithonlinedocumentsigning.However,theDotLoopdifferenceisthatthe
formsareliveandinteractive.Thedocumentissharedonlineandtheonlythingsentisalinkthatinvites
otherstoview/signthedocument.Note,however,thatthesystemdoesaccommodatethetraditional
