Contract Information
Dates, Deposits and Cancellations All dates are treated on a first come first served basis. To secure your date, a signed contract along with a $500 deposit are required. All deposits are non-refundable. Final guaranteed count and payment are due one week before event. All food and beverage are subject to 19% service charge and applicable sales tax. Food is not included in package price. Arrangements for your menu must be made with one of our preferred caterers directly. Caterer must be chosen from our approved caterer list only. Labor charge of $250 per hour will be assessed for dinner services not completed within four hours of event start time. Family style surcharge price does not include rental of serving plates/bowls and utensils. Client is responsible for the rental of these items. Caterer is responsible for dish up, serving to wait staff, kitchen cleanup, and supplies such as fuel for chafers, foil, plastic wrap and to go boxes. Upon review of the final menu selected and equipment needed, Holiday Inn Elk Grove will inform client of staff and any additional equipment needed for service. If equipment needs exceed what the hotel has in house, a rental fee will be assessed to the client.
