PrecoursePreparation
StaffSelection.TheTrainersEDGEcourseshouldbedeliveredbyastaffofexperiencedtrainers.Staff sizewillvaryaccordingtothenumberofparticipants,butanexcessivenumberoftrainersisnot requiredorencouraged.Onestaffmembershouldbeassignedtoeachteam,servingasateamguide. Diversityamongstaffmembersisstronglyrecommended.Staffshouldbecorrectlyuniformedtosetthe example.Combiningyouthandadultstaffisencouragedandhighlydesirable. TeamSize.Teamsshouldbelimitedtonomorethansixmemberstoensurethatparticipantpractice sessionsstaywithinthetimeallottedforthecourse.
