JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title : Production Clerk Division : Manufacturing & Engineering Division Reports To : Production Engineer Position

Summary: Compiles and records production data for industrial establishment to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production, performing any combination of following duties: Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual-worker production sheets, following prescribed record keeping procedures, using typewriter, computer terminal, and writing instruments. Essential Functions: Promotes, complies, actively participates and enforces the importance of the Best Brands Safety Policy, to help maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Records, reports and posts for all associates to review, the shift and daily totals of machine production. Prepares and maintains records of bioreactor or related equipment Develops the master production schedule for the facility, while adjusting for changes in customer requirements, delays in receiving raw materials, availability of production equipment, etc. Advises appropriate parties in the plant and sales office by e-mail of changes in the schedule. Performs various clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, sorting, and distributing department paperwork. Photocopies work orders and prepares them for delivery to the Cooperate Services Division. Receives newly arriving work orders and confirms receipt into schedule. Reviews work orders at end of production to confirm all elements are accounted for and all steps have been properly signed off by operators. Maintain production schedule and update overnight priority list. Coordinates the conveyance of information to respective division. Responds to client service and/or head division status requests. Monitors and communicates discrepancy report activity on a daily basis. Performs other Support Services functions as needed including Staging and Labeling. Assigns product codes and/or watermark payload values for watermarking. Work collaboratively with others to resolve issues and defects. Communicate / report defect status and updates with Production Engineer. Perform related duties as required.

Essential Qualifications: Must exhibit a highly organized approach to work. Must have analysis parameter experience. Knowledgeable in testing concepts, tools and methodologies. Work Environment General office use of PC and related software applications.

Also familiar with production line and laboratory environment. Need Special physical demands required.
