ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
A scholarly and quality work like designing of any seminar can be accomplished by motivation, guidance and inspiration of certain quarters besides the individual efforts. Let me in this page express my heartiest gratitude to all those who helped me in various stages of this study. We are very much thankful to Prof. R.P. Sharma, PRINCIPAL, ACERC College, Kukas and <HIMANSHU ARORA>, HOD, and Department of CS & IT for giving me the permission to undergo this seminar and providing all the necessary facilities. During my seminar period all the staff members of department have helped us with their skills. Here by I express our sincere thanks to seminar coordinator <RAMESH JANGDIA> whose valuable guidance and kind cooperation, without which this seminar would have not been pos <JOSHI MALINI K. Introduction 5|Page
We had learn about manual working of gathering the information of particular student and than manage it for a very long time. So we had mentioned steps which have turned to be a major requirement of the software: First software can use management members so it is authorized. Manual process it very time consuming and it is very difficult to retrieve a information about a particular student so it consume more labor work. This manual work can lead to data inconsistency and redundancy. This software takes all parameter required by institute of a student with very carefully and without confusing the user. And user can retrieve data from this software without any lengthy process.

Institute Requirement :
The institute wants a software which can easily take the data for Students and then manage that data for institutes use such as for registration, fess management, result management for reducing and maintaining time and man power and also for easily update. Institute also want that the software should run easily. This institute wants to built-up the software in cost around Rs. 20,000/-
Cost of Report :
We have annalist the software cost. This cost depend on the Men power, time duration, modules in software,
Time required :
About Two months depending on the module wanted in software and availability of the resources.

Flow Chart
A flow chart is a pictorial representation of an algorithm. Programmers often use it as a program planning tool for visually organizing a sequence of steps necessary to solve a problem using a computer. It uses boxes of different shapes to denote different types of instructions. The actual instruction are written within these boxes within using clear and concise statements. Solid lines having arrow marks connect these boxes to indicate the flow of operation, that is, the exact sequence in which to execute the instructions. The process of drawing a flowchart for an algorithm is known as flowcharting. Basic Flow-Charts Symbols
1) Terminal This symbol indicates the beginning(start), end(stop) and pauses in a programs logic flow. 2) Input / Output This symbol denotes any function of an input / output nature in program.
3) Processing
4) Decision 16 | P a g e
It indicates a decision point, that is, a point at which a branch to one of two
5) Flow Lines
Flow lines with arrow heads indicates the flow of the operation, that is the exact sequence in which the instructions are executed.
6) Connectors
It is a circle with a letter or digit paced within it to indicate the link. A pair of identically labeled connector symbols is used to indicate flow when the use if a line is confusing.
