LEAVE POLICY

This facility is allowing following type of leaves to the employees:EARNED LEAVE: EL Any employee who has completed 240 working days( in one year) is Entitled for 15days of Earned leave, which will be accounted for only in the next calendar year. This fifteen days salary will be paid at the time of getting bonus. FESTIVAL/ NATIONAL LEAVE: FL The entire employee will be paid 9days for Festival and National Holidays for the calendar year This amount will be paid at the time of getting the regular wages.

SICK LEAVE: SL Any employee who has paid their six months of their ESI contribution he/she can get maximum 90days of leave with 50% wage.

MATERNITY LEAVE: ML Any female employee who has paid their six months of their ESI contribution he / she can get maternity leave with 75% wage for maximum 12weeks.

Maternity leave for the second time to same worker shall be admissible only after a period of 3 years from the date of availing of first such leave

WAGE ADNINISTRATION POLICY PAYMENT DAY:
The objective of the wage administration procedure is to ensure that the wages are distributed to workmen on every Saturday.

CALCULATION: The attendance period is from Friday to Saturday . The hours of work are 8
hours during normal circumstances. In case of emergency situation they are requested to work extra hours and the same is calculated on premium rate. As per the Factories Act,1948 and the Section 59 the overtime is paid double the rate of normal wages as per act. Since the employees are paid on daily wages their salary is calculated on daily basis and the same is paid along with Over Time.

PAYMENT MODE:
The workmen are paid in current coin or Currency as per Section 6 of the payment of wages Act 1936 and as prescribed in The Tamil Nadu Wages Rules,1937

PROOF OF DISBURSEMENT:
The salary is paid and acknowledgement is sought on the Wage Slip. Wage slip provides details of hours worked including Overtime.

DEDUCTIONS:
Deduction allowed in the Wage are E.S.I., P.F and loan received by the employees. No fines are levied on employees.

UNPAID WAGES: Employees are informed about unpaid wages by Post under Certificate of Posting . If the employees do not collect the same it is deposited with Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund as per the statute. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE

Employee is appointed based on their qualification and experience required for the job. Similarly Employee is promoted based on their performance and merit. There will be no discrimination. All Disciplinary acitons by the Management are subject to the terms and conditions specified under the Certified Standing Orders (Service conditions) of the company. If a complaint is received against an employee, then enquiry will be conducted and based on the proved misconduct, the following punishment will be awarded :1st Time : The Head of the Department will advise him to correct. 2st Time : Oral warning will be issued by the Head of the Department 3st Time : The Personal & Administration Manager will issue a written warning. 4st Time : Punishment like Temporary Suspension,Demotion etc.
