measuring scale for inset interval adjustment
Drill-guide suitable for wood thicknesses of
16,19, 23 and 29 mm
Socket head screw to secure drill-guide
Zinc alloy with hardened drilling bushes

1. Measure inset distance from edge of panel
and transfer to drilling jig
2. Fix inset distance on drilling jig with the
allen screw.
3. Secure panel and jig with a screw-clamp.
4. With 7 mm twist bit, drill hole approx. 44
mm deep.

C Precision marking gauge

For 15 mm housing holes
Comprises: Guide pin with two pointed stops
Marking jig with locating hole to centre the
drill-hole for the housing
Hardened steel

Note: The precision marking gauge can only be

used for mitre cut angles up to 45 maximum.
For mitre cuts of less than 45 (feasible with
Minifix GV connectors with nylon sleeves), the
drill-hole centre (B44) for the housing must be
marked out by hand.

Install marking jig over groove

in guide pin and mark centre
of housing.

Keep turning pin until the two

pointed stops are in contact
with the cut face.

Cut panels for

assembly at
mitre angle.

Drill 15 mm hole in
accordance with drilling
depth X

Insert housing and Minifix GV

connector in respective drill
holes and secure the
two panels together.
