B) TERM AND CONDITION

End of July 2009. End of Oct 2009. For all deliveries commencing after that, a down payment of 30% is required to secure the product pricing above and new firm delivery term to be discussed. 1. 30% of RM3.60 (RM1.08per ft2) payment before production. Payment should make direct to Bluescope Lysaght (m) Sdn Bhd. 2. 70% of RM3.60 (RM 2.52per ft2) payment after materials on site. Payment should make direct to Bluescope Lysaght (m) Sdn Bhd. 3. 50% of RM1.2 (RM0.60/ft2) after all truss are completely fabricate at ground. Payment should make to RT Resources Sdn Bhd. 4. 40% of RM1.2 (RM0.48/ft2) after installing battens. Payment should make to RT Resources Sdn Bhd. 5. 10% of RM1.2 (RM0.12/ft2) after site inspection reports submitted. Payment should make to RT Resources Sdn Bhd. 6. All warranty will be issued after full payment made.

1.0 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS ( FOR LYSAGHT SMARTTRUSS ONLY)

BMT (thickness) that made by using Truecore Steel, AZ150 coating, G550 yield strength. (Up to 50years steel corrosion warranty provided term and condition apply) III. All batten and wind bracing to be fabricated using Topspan 35mm or 61mm (height) and 0.48mm BMT or 0.75mm BMT (thickness) that made by using Truecore Steel, AZ150 coating, G550 yield strength. No additional support for water tank/ solar panel required 3.0 SCOPE OF WORK I. We are providing all necessary fixing machinery such as drilling machine, extension wire and others. II. However, the scope of work does not include the following items:A) To supply and install ceiling B) Painting C) To supply and install gutter and other rain water accessories D) Window shelters E) Power Supply F)To erection of scaffolding for the installation of the roof trusses ( if need ) I) To supply and install any architecture prop J) To supply and install fascia board Yours faithfully, RT PRO RESOURCES

Business Flow Statement Before Production Materials on Sites 1. INDAH SEBATI, RT PRO, Lysaght and KUB sign the quotation and agree with the attached Business Flow Statement. 2. INDAH SEBATI awards LA to RT Pro. 3. Before production, RT Pro invoice 30% of RM3.60/ft2 (RM1.08/ft2) to INDAH SEBATI. 4. INDAH SEBATI will verify the invoice and forward to KUB. 5. KUB make payment direct to Lysaght. 6. After 30% cheque clearance, Lysaght will proceed with production. 7. Deliver the goods at site. 8. RT Pro invoice to TEGAP PADU 70% of RM3.60/ft2. (RM2.52/ft2) after materials reach on site. 9. INDAH SEBATI signs the invoice and forward the invoice to KUB. 10. KUB make payment direct to Lysaght. 11. After 70% cheque clearance, RT Pro will proceed with installation. After Materials on Site-Truss Fabrication-Site Inspection-Before Install Roof Tiles 1. RT Pro will start fabrication work. 2. After fabrication work done, before hoisting up the truss, RT Pro will claim 50% of RM1.2 (RM0.60/ft2) to INDAH SEBATI. 3. INDAH SEBATI verified the invoice and forwards to KUB. 4. KUB make payment direct to RT Pro. 5. RT Pro will proceed with erection and install accordingly. 6. After batten installed, RT Pro will invoice claim 40% of RM1.2 (RM0.48/ft2) to Elite Ventures. 7. INDAH SEBATI verified the invoice and forwards to KUB. 8. KUB make payment direct to RT Pro. 9. After Lysaght Smart truss system being installed, RT Pro will invite Lysaghts engineer for site inspection before loading up the roof tiles. 10. After inspection, RT Pro will rectify as per Lysaghts engineer comments and INDAH SEBATI or KUB can proceed with tiles loading once rectification work done. 11. RT Pro issue out final invoice 10% of RM1.2 (RM0.12/ft2) to INDAH SEBATI 12. INDAH SEBATI verified the invoice and forwards the invoice to KUB. 13. KUB make payment direct to RT Pro. Warranty 1. After all payments settled with Lysaght and RT Pro. Lysaght will issue out System and Materials Warranty to KUB and RT Pro issue Installation Warranty to KUB.
