Congress registration on Sunday, Sept. 18, 08:30~18:00 in the Lobby on the first floor of the 16th district. Any other time during the congress you can register at the information desk in the Lobby of the 16th district.
Presentation Instructions
Location of Presentation All the APCRE symposium activities are in Beijing Jiuhua Resort & Convention Center. Opening Session & Plenary Session: Multifunctional Hall No.1 (3nd floor), the 16th district. Oral and Poster presentations: Room 76, 77, 78, 87 (2nd floors), the 16th district. Oral Presentation Each session room is provided with a congress computer (OS: Windows XP, installed PowerPoint 2003 & 2007) and an LCD projector. We encourage all oral presenters to upload their PowerPoint files onto the congress computers in the corresponding session rooms at least 1 hour prior to the start of the sessions. All oral presenters are strongly encouraged to take the opportunity before the session and during the break to ensure the smooth running of the presentations and also to introduce themselves to the Session Moderators. Poster Presentation Poster sessions will be located in Room 76, 77, and 78 on the second floor. The maximum available panel is: 2.3m(height)1m(width). Please display your poster on the board marked with the number given in the Program or Abstract Proceedings. The posters will be on display during one and half hour on Sept. 20 from 16:30 to 18:00. You can mount your poster on Sept. 20 from 16:00-16:30. We strongly encourage all the poster authors to display and discuss with the audience during 16:30 and 18:00 on Sept. 20. All the posters should be removed before 18:30 on Sept. 20.

Technical Tour: We will arrange for you to visit Xiedao Ecological Agriculture Garden in the afternoon of Tuesday, Sept. 27 from 13:30 to 17:30. All registered persons for Technical Tour should gather in front of Building 1 at 13:15. Cultural Tour: We will arrange for you to visit the Great Wall on Thursday, Sept. 29. All registered persons for Cultural Tour should gather in front of Building 1 at 08:15, Sept. 29. Post Congress Tour: Please confirm your tour information at the registration desk.
