On its own motion, the Court hereby CONTINUES the Pretrial Conference scheduled for June 7, 2010 in this action to June 28, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. The Court sets trial of this matter for July 13, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. The Court further orders that the parties submit pretrial documents required either by the Local Rules or Scheduling Order of this Court in accordance with the following schedule:

Motions in Limine: Any motions in limine shall be filed no later than June 18, 2010. Opposition briefs shall be filed no later than June 22, 2010, and Reply briefs shall be filed no later than June 24, 2010. The parties are reminded that they are limited to no more than three motions in limine per side, and that this matter is being tried to the Court. Pretrial Conference Order: The parties shall jointly file a proposed Pretrial Conference Order no later than June 21, 2010. Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law: The parties shall prepare and serve upon opposing counsel proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law no later than June 14, 2010. The parties shall file proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law no later than June 21, 2010. Memoranda of Contentions of Law and Fact: The parties shall file memoranda of contentions of law and fact no later than June 21, 2010. Witness Lists: The parties shall file their witness lists no later than June 21, 2010. Exhibit List: The parties shall file their joint exhibit list no later than June 21, 2010. As this matter will be tried to the Court, the parties need not submit proposed jury instructions or a joint statement of the case. The parties are directed to conduct their conference under Local Rule 16-2 no later than June 14, 2010. The parties may conduct such conference telephonically. In the course of such conference, the parties need not address the question of the subject matter jurisdiction of this Court, as this issue has been adequately addressed for pretrial purposes in the Court's May 27, 2010 Order.
