Overall Event Format: The event is organized under two heads: 1. IronMan 11: A competition with weights 2. BodyBlow 11: A Bodyweight competition Both the heads will have individual winners as well as an overall winner depending on the result of the two competitions. IronMan11: Format and Rules 1. The event would give each participant 3 attempts across 5 different exercise variants 2. The Five different exercises are: (a) Bench Press (b) Dead lift (c) Squats (d) Shoulder Press (e) Bicep curls 3. In Each attempt the participant would have to perform two COMPLETE repetitions. The standard rules of International Powerlifting federation (IPF) would apply to decide the accuracy of an attempt. 4. The participant can increase weight in subsequent attempt only if the earlier attempt was successful. Otherwise, the same weight would have to be attempted. 5. All the attempts would count whether they are successful or not. Calculation of points: To calculate the final points, the maximum successful attempt across all the five variants would be added together and divided by the participants bodyweight. The participant having the maximum points would win IronMan11.

BodyBlow 11: Format and Rules 1. The competition comprises of three main bodyweight exercises: (a) Push-ups (b) Crunches (c) Pull-ups. The crunches to be attempted are full ones (not the half crunches) 2. The participants would be given 12 minutes to finish a maximum of two sets across the three exercises. Hence the maximum number of sets that can be done is six, with maximum in each individual exercise being two. 3. A division factor of 10 would be used for Push-ups and crunches, while a division factor of 3 would be used for Pull-ups. Hence if a participant has done a total of 100 Push-ups, 100 crunches and 36 pullups, his points would be Push-ups: 100/10 = 10 Crunches: 100/10 = 10 Pull Ups: 36/3 = 12 Hence the total points would be 32. The participant having maximum points at the end of the competition would win BodyBlow 11

Overall Winner: STONGEST MAN OF IIM CALCUTTA The person scoring maximum in each format of the two would get five points. The second highest would get 4 points, third highest would get 3 points and so on. The person aiming to win the overall competition would have to go through both the drills.
