What is the Final Test for Gods earthly creations, and who will you worship?

Written by Dionne Sabbay Thompson August 8, 2011 (Revised)

Sinful temptations that you do not overcome, will overcome you, as sin when it is finished bringeth forth death - see John 16:33, James 1:15 "And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with Him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads" Rev. 14:1

How does the human intellect function? The intellect is where one receives information that one chooses to act upon: and, the brains frontal lobe is often associated with long-term memory, planning, organizing and problem solving Deut. 6:1-8, Joshua 24:15, Hosea 4:6, Rev. 14:1.1

Why did CHRIST overcome sin? The Saviour overcame to show man how he may overcome. All the temptations of Satan, Christ met with the word of God. By trusting in Gods promises, He received power to obey Gods commandments, and the tempter could gain no advantage. To every temptation His answer was, It is written. So God has given us His word wherewith to resist evil.2

Regarding the substitution of the false for the true Sabbath, see the following quote: The substitution of the false for the true is the last act in the drama. When this substitution becomes universal, God will reveal Himself. When the laws of men are exalted above the laws of God, when the powers of this earth try to force men to keep the first day of the week, know that the time has come for God to work. He will arise in His majesty, and will shake terribly the earth. He will come out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the world for their iniquity.3

What is the "false" substitution in the abovementioned statement referring to? Read more and find out. All must read the following quotation taken from Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers pages 472-473: The Sabbath is the great question which is to decide the destiny of souls. We must exalt the Sabbath of our creating. We have caused it to be accepted by both worldlings and church members; now the church must be led to unite with the world in its support. We must work by signs and wonders to blind their eyes to the truth, and lead them to lay aside reason and the fear of God and follow custom and tradition. I will influence popular ministers to turn the attention of their hearers from the commandments of God. That which the Scriptures declare to be a perfect law of liberty shall be represented as a yoke of bondage. The people accept their ministers explanations of Scripture and do not investigate for themselves. Therefore, by working through the ministers, I can control the people according to my will. But our principal concern is to silence this sect of Sabbath keepers. We must excite popular indignation against them. We will enlist great men and worldly-wise men upon our side, and induce those in authority to carry out our purposes. Then the Sabbath which I have set up shall be enforced by laws the most severe and exacting. Those who disregard them shall be driven out from the cities and villages, and made to suffer hunger and privation. When once we have the power, we will show what we can do with those who will not swerve from their allegiance to God. We led the Romish church to inflict imprisonment, torture, and death upon those who refused to yield to her decrees; and now that we are bringing the Protestant churches and the world into harmony with this right arm of our strength, we will finally have a law to exterminate all who will not submit to our authority. When death shall be made the penalty of violating our Sabbath, then many who are now ranked with commandment keepers will come over to our side.4 God's sanctified Sabbath vs. man's Sunday law is the forthcoming issue at hand. Revelation 13:15 reveals a death decree that will target and persecute Gods remnant; however, at this time, the minds of Gods harvest will be securely fixed,

sanctified and sealed by Christ Rev. 7:1-4, 12:17, 14:12. Their adherence to the Ten Commandments and the faith of Jesus Christ will cause Satans wrath to escalate to a boiling point where satanic forces will pass a death sentence by way of Enforced Sunday Law, the Mark of the Beast Rev. 12:12, 13:15, Great Controversy pages 604-608. The 144,000 however will be victorious overcoming the world by the blood of the Lamb, preferring to die than sin Rev. 12:11. However, they will not suffer death, as they will stand amidst Gods wrath Rev. 6:17, 7:1-4, 14. Christ, while on planet earth in the wilderness was willing to die than be separated from the Word of God, submitting Himself to God, the Father, completely. Similarly, Gods remnant will remain consistently focused on the will of God Rev. 14:4. Gods remnant will harbor the Ten Commandments in their hearts, faithfully clinging to Christ, triumphing over the world and sin John 16:33, Rev. 12:17, 14:12. Remaining fixed on the Word of God, the remnant will prioritize their Creators will. These are they that follow the Lamb wherever He goes regardless of Satans threats of fines and imprisonment; or offers of influential positions, rewards and advantages Rev. 13:15-17.5
