IP Telephony solution is very robust and sophisticated technology which is very popular worldwide and though it is a new arena introduce for voice call solution in Bangladesh. MetroTel is defined as follows:

How it Works: MetroTel uses the Internet to power your phone Metro Tel routes your phone calls over the Internet using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), rather than telephone lines. But even though your phone uses the Internet, it has nothing to do with your computer. In fact, your computer doesn't have to be on to use MetroTel Voice Service. The people you call don't need to have MetroTel or the Internet to get your call - just a phone. And when someone calls you, your phone rings as usual.

1. The One-time Connection Charge will be paid as advance along with the Work
Order. 2. The user must ensure clean, stabilized & surge-free electrical connection to all installed equipments at the client's premises. 3. The client will be liable for any damage that may occur from problems related to power.

4. Minimum contract period is 12 months.

5. The rates mentioned in this offer are valid only for the above locations.
6. Early termination of a connection must be notified 30(thirty) days in advance, or upon payment of the charges in lieu of.

7. This offer will remain valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
