Our Vision is to develop a portal which will list the classifieds and products. Classified and products will be posted by the registered member. Visitor will come and view the classifieds and products on a portal. VISITORS MODULE MODULE 1: HOME PAGE DESIGNING: Complete Home Page Layout, inclusive of: Design of crisp, professional home page Focus on good navigation featuring vital links to ascertain maximum comfort to the visitors ensuring that every primary relevant function is just a click away.

MODULE: 2 MEMBER REGISTRATIONS There will one type of membership that will be free. Member registration will have the following fields:

ADD NEW PRODUCT Members will have the facility to post their products online. They will be able add products and its detail from here. Product posting will require to member to specify the following details out of which some will be mandatory and some will be optional. Product posting will ask the member for: Category: There will be drop down available for the member. Only one category can get select. MANAGE PRODUCTS This section displays the posted products of the member. Member can view the products posted by them. POST CLASSIFIED: Members can post classified from this section. (Form fields defined below): Category: There will be drop down available for the member. Only one category can get select. Industry: This will be a list box that shows the list of industry in corresponding to the category selected as above. Classified Title: Member name: Auto filled Email: Auto filled. Brief Description: MANAGE CLASSIFIED: This section will display the posted classified which will have been posted by member. Member can only view these classified. VIEW CLASSIFIED ENQUIRIES: Member can view the enquiry posted by the visitor against the classified posted by the members.

VIEW PRODUCT QUOTE: Member can view the product quote (offer price) posted by the visitor. Member can view these request. POST NEW LEAD: This section allows member to post a lead from this section. Member can post the leads from here. Member can add the selling leads from here. MANAGE LEADS ENQUIRIES: Member will track the entire leads enquiry in this section which is posted against by visitor. Member will be able to view/delete the enquiries. Here as currency converter is also associated with this section so as when price will be quoted in one currency, automatically that will be going to be converted in another currency. Price will be shown in INR/USD/GBP/EUR/AUD/CAD/ Emirati Dirham etc. From back End price will be uploaded in one currency & automatically It will be converted in others as per the currency converter program. Back end will define that how much INR will be equivalent to 1 USD & 1 GBP etc. As there is currency management in this project, so admin will be able to modify the Price of currency means for example if earlier they had defined INR 50 = 1 USD & if further they had define INR 45 = 1 USD, then this structure will work as per the latest amendment. Automated email firing system will be available there , it means as when

due to change in the price structure, it it will match to the quoted price, then an automated mail will be fired to Admin. Here Admin will be having further option to intimate about the same to the corresponding Member who has quoted that price. POST COMMENT: This link allows visitor to post comment on any product. MODULE 6: MISCELLANEOUS SECTIONS: General Links: About Us, Contact us and other inside pages. Feedback section: Contact us page will have feedback form. Visitor can send enquiry from here. The enquiry posted from here will be tracked in the admin panel.

Newsletter: Visitor can subscribe to the newsletter and can be done by specifying their name & email ID and sending the request. The details will be received by the admin in the admin panel. Refer to friend: Visitor can refer the portal to his/her friend by adding their email Id. Visitor can send request to maximum 10 friends at a time by filling in name, his email Id and 10 email ids of his/her friend.

Banners: Admin will receive all the Order of banner advertisement in the portal in this section. Admin can confirm the payment status offline for the banner's Once admin activate the banner will be displayed at the front end. Admin can see the list of all active banners and can add/edit/delete banners. Bookmark Us: There would a option in the portal, that visitor can bookmark the same for future concerns. 404 Error Forwarding: Will provide 404 error forwarding for the better visibility of your portal. Language convertor: Will providing the Google convertor so that visitors can see & navigate your portal in different language. Company logo development: Will developing the unique, eye catching and business specific logo for your company portal.

Social networking links: Will provide the linking on face book, twitter, orkut, myspace, you tube and linkedin etc. News : Admin will be able to manage the News Section at the portal. Admin can add edit delete any number of news to the portal. Admin can set some of the news to be displayed at the front end as breaking news Testimonials : Admin of the portal will be able to manage testimonials, FAQ, and content informative pages. Admin can add edit

delete the the content of informative pages.

ADMINISTRATOR MODULE

MANAGE CATEGORIES: The admin can add categories & subcategories for the classifieds to be added into them. The categories can also be ordered in a sequence to be displayed on the portal. These categories and sub categories (work/specialization) will be displayed in the registration form. Admin can add/edit/delete/active/de-active any categories at any time.

MANAGE MEMBERS: All the details for the registered member will be tracked in the Administration Panel and the admin can Edit/Delete the member information. The member can be activated and deactivated by the Admin through the Administration Panel. The members can also be searched from here by name, email id and by status. There will be link to view the no. of enquiries that an individual member has received for all his classified. MANAGE CLASSIFIED: All the classified posted from the front end will be tracked over here. By

default the status of the posted classified will be deactivate. It will be displayed in the front end only after the admins approval. Admin can edit/delete any classified at any time. MANAGE PRODUCTS: All the products posted from the front end will be tracked over here. By default the status of the posted products will be deactivate. It will be displayed in the front end only after the admins approval. Admin can edit/delete any product at any time. MANAGE CLASSIFIED ENQUIRIES: Admin will receive a copy of enquiries that has posted by the visitor against the classified. One copy will be display in the members my folder section and one will be display in the back end. Admin can reply upon them via email.

MANAGE CMS PAGES: Admin can manage the content of the CMS pages form this section of the c panel. The CMS pages are: about us, Contact us, privacy policy etc A rich text editor will be available to do this.

MANAGE NEWSLETTERS: Admin can send email messages to store customers like Sending Newsletters to members who have subscribed, through an optional easy to use online interface. Admin can send newsletter regularly to the all the users by typing the text and clicking on a button.
