(iv) I.T. based solution and platform for on line implementation and monitoring of distribution of coalwithanobjectivetominimizehumaninterface. (v) Toencourageandfacilitatecoalcompaniesindevelopingandoperatingafairandtransparent consumer grievance reversal system to minimize consumers disputes and litigations and improveconsumerssatisfaction.
