Note: This is your digital worksheet. You will find the instructions for todays module here. Perform the requested tasks using this Pages file. In other words, make it your own. Thank you!

Part One: YOUR Epistemological World Views Summarize here your findings (even if tentative!) about your theories of knowledge. Domains Natural Science Social Science Art Morality Item #s 1, 5, 14 4, 8, 12 3, 7, 10 6, 9, 11 YOUR world view Evaluativist Relativist Evaluativist Relativist Brief Reason + Remarks
When it comes to natural science, I usually side with claims or theories that I deem more reasonable As much as possible, my opinions about Social Sciences are more or less equal. I prefer music over sculptures. I find morals to have similar values or degrees of importance.

Part Two: Ways of 2, 13, 15 Knowing Absolutist Religion

I firmly believe in my religion.

How important are the different Ways of Knowing in the different domains? Rate them from 1 to 10 according to importance, with 10 as VERY IMPORTANT. If there are other ways of knowing/judging, use the last column and specify. Domains Natural Science Social Science Art Morality Religion Sense Perception 8 8 10 2 2 Reason 10 8 4 6 4 Language 5 6 7 6 8 Emotion 2 6 10 10 10 Others?

Part Three: AUTHORITY and/or EVIDENCE When you justify claims, how much do you actually rely on External Authority and Direct Evidence for every domain? Assign a percentage to each one per domain (Just make an estimate, so NO decimal points--e.g., 25.2321%!). Make sure both total 100%. Domains Natural Science % AUTHORITY 40 % EVIDENCE 60 100% Brief Reason + Remarks
Despite the fact that most Scientific Data can be observed based on the evidence, the authority plays a key role in helping us discover the truth The authority may be biased and alter the knowledge that we should know, but the evidence would be a better basis in justifying a belief. Honestly, I think that art is about expressing ones self as a creator of art. As an observer of art, it is all about connecting with the person who made the art. There is no direct connection to whatever authority there may be in art. I think that in terms of morality, the external authority tells us what to do and it is difficult to find out for ourselves. The evidence may or may not be credible scientifically, but usually the authorities have the power to deem them as credible.

Some learnings, comments, connections...

I found out that some areas of knowledge depend on external authority or evidence more, and vice versa.
