Scope of the study

1: A key tool for enhancing job related performance and organizational effectiveness , its value is being increasingly acknowledged in engendering behavioural changes and in developing life skills leading to personal growth .

2: The scope has considerably widend . It equips and individual with competencies that help him/her cope with day to day problems of living and manage interpersonal relations and improving them

3: The present study covers various aspects of training and development procedure such as internal and external sources , steps in various procedures etc .

Objectives : 1: They specify what learners will be able to do at the end of the stage of the training. 2: To identify different problems in taining and development . 3: To study and analyse the training and development procedure .

Research Methodology :
To achive the said objectives, a close comprehensive study has been made on important and crucial ares of training and development because it is such a wide phenomenon which includes internal and external sources and interview process in a company.

Sampling Design:

In order to design a a sample , a total list of manpower is collected according to the department .

Data Collection:
For the successful completion of the project the study is in need for both primary and as well as secondary data.

Primary Data :
The primary data is collected through structured questionaire.

Secondary Data:
The process of the secondary data is also called desk research which is collected and stored earlier ; it is collected from journals , publications and reports of the company.

Data Analysis and Interpretation :

The data thus collected and has been analysed through percentiles and represented through graphs.

Iimitations Of The Study:


The study is confined with the specific reference to Training and Development Procedure. In view of time constraint the study will be for shorter period . Information regarding the outcomes of procedure will be evaluated on general terms but on scientific terms. The duration of the project was limited for only one month. The study is only on academic point of view. The study is based on primary and secondary data. The sample size is normal to the point.

The study is only limited to Training and development of the facilitators and not other fields or departments of employees.

Review of Literature:
