Free In-Store Delivery Service (Mainland UK Only)

Delivery service is FREE for orders up to 2 tonnes within a set distance of the store, subject to minimum spend levels in a single purchase. A charge will be made for deliveries outside this distance. Details of local distances covered free, and the cost of deliveries outside this distance, are available in each store. Additional charges for each additional tonne will be levied. Delivery days will be specified by the store. See In-Store for details.

Faulty / Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a faulty or damaged product is purchased, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect or damage must be made within 30 days of the product being purchased. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. Faulty or Damaged goods can be returned to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase, for a refund (including delivery charge if appropriate).
