Greetings from Mexico!..

The place that has been my home for over a year now. My teammates and I recently celebrated our two-year anniversary of being in AIM. The second AIM class after us started this month on the 6th making us officially the 'really old guys'. Things have changed so much since when I first started and they have been for good. Life is a lot different as an AIMer running the home straight compared to one that's just off the line! Either way, God remains good, He always is and He always provides. So, here is a run-down of whats been happening here in Len this last month.
Current Team Len Kids' day at Caada Kids' day at 'Ciudad Infantil'

Summer classes
We held two days of activities for kids on the theme of 'Family Values' and we tried to incorporate Christian

values into them. We held the events at two different places in the city; one at the 'Miniature city' and the other at Caada, the new low-cost residential development. These are kids that come from tough family backgrounds and it was great to see them learn and have fun with their peers as we taught them values such as respect, obedience, good manners, teamwork and the like. We also played several games to get their 'batteries charged up' and sometimes to wear them out because they had so much energy!

Discipling
I continue to meet with Alejandro and Sergio and we talk about various things. I am able to study the Bible with Sergio but with Alejandro I am a little more limited as he doesn't have the same religious Nevertheless, background.

Future Plans
My teammates plan to leave Len in December but I'd like to stay here until the first week of February, Lord willing. I then plan on riding back to Lubbock with the 2011 AIM class who would have come down to Mexico City for their class trip. My graduation will be on the 10th of March 2012. After graduation, I plan on going home to England to work for a little while, and then returning to the States to go through the Sunset preaching school and volunteer as an AIM assistant. Support Thank you to all who are supporting me through this program. I have grown and learnt a lot through this experience. I pray that you continue to keep me and my future in your prayers.
