this one should have an epigraph of Vallejo, "hay golpes en la vida...como del odio de dios.

" Try that for freedom of expression. "There are pains so deep they feel the same as God's hatred for me." I am not a translator. I can't always let down the layer between English and Spanish. I feel that Spanish has a longer cadence and ENglish is curvaceous and fighting within itself. I used to know a very silly meaning of hate until I began to be the target of hate sentiment. When my students ask me, "so are you teaching?" I say, "no," but I still feel confused over my lack of desire to return.

Remember that saying? There are THINGS that no one can Take Away? (Odios como del odio de Dios). Youths, you know you've heard it and your EDUCATION is one. It is yours to have forever. When it is lashed by the disappointments of corporate music that led to there no longer being singers but vocoders to some that's sad. Not to me. I guess i like it when music is pop first and I just can't deny how much I love mass media as well

Those who are now afraid to say that they are stunned, confused, somehow underwhelmed by actually getting something people are happy for (when they aren't being groomed by some ideology or its discontents) such as being free from deportation? Civil Disobedience has its detractors but I could never be one under any occasion. "We have a moral obligation to disobey unjust laws." We are illegal only those who DON'T participate in some form of selfrepresentative action or activity and everything should be valid. We aren't going to be adolescents forever activists. Why do we so want to be in front of the cameras? How much faith can people have in that crap? Legends of activism? It's more than a little ridiculous that I can't even suppress how satirical it seems. I was arrested in a sit-in against the first Iraq war at UCLA. There's more to it than that and it had to do with certain people who would be there JUST UNTIL and JUST BEFORE the handcuffs were presented. Out they'd run, afraid.

It is NOT easy I repeat not Easy to decide to do it. But don't blame someone who tries to use rhetoric to convince you. THey are still your peer. They are still your sister or brother if you want to put it that way. We need to mature and seek more challenges then. So, who's got a new idea? Are there Dream Act orgs stopping anyone from doing whatever they want? Whether it's some org, agency, or individual, no YOUTH should be forced to choose sides in some conflict. I don't represent anyone and none represent me. I have my story to teach and I have a goal. I want to end sex crimes in the higher educational system. I have a machete to swing. I'm not here to pretend I've gained any civility toward those who harm the learners of our communities, cities, and state. An artist can NEVER be humble. They can be humble ONLY in pure solitude. NEVER let down your guard. Keep to the root of the matter which is your soul--the material and sheer imagination....its ability to transfer, transcend, and transmute in countless variety to create the basis for a mass

consciousness through one's own gateway. Poetry is a telegraph as Lorna Dee Cervantes demonstrates in "From Love and Hunger, Cables of Genocide" (AP)

As a machine of words, you can construct your mind with forms: They may be partially of shape or partially of nothing, somewhat like layers or of various internal construction. A house. A Car. An Architectural Feature...You can also structure your mind as you meditate, sleep, or get bored. A good mental exercise can truly help you to get through meetings and other brutalities of authority or bias. THe only worthwhile pursuit is the impossible one. What is the most impossible task we have? To love ourselves. Who can do that? Today I talked to a writer. We spoke of how to create a verbal execution by poetic style of certain silences that seem to enforce themselves on us. Suddenly our thoughts seem to become unauthorized. Our senses are picking up

signals of the radars of targeting. They are actually being distributed in political framing. It had to do with political theory. It sounded very interesting and as partly feasible to transfer from political science to poetry. (So there's your Education however you feel about it) You can re-institute it back and away from the classroom and forced it to confront itself with what it can't understand, the unschool that is humanity. There is no humanity in education. So, it is true, a measure such as the cessation of deportation has questionable timing for how things may have gone autochthonously by self-representation. Or was this cessation a form of an invitation by the federal government to begin lubricating the process that would provide naturalization and general relief from the changing economics. Is there change? I don't think the republicans want to run the government right now. They know they are out of their league with President Obama or Obama, I say it either way. The greatest losses to Republicans have been symbolic ones. They are still wealthy no doubt. But they can't find a PR machine savvy enough to do what Karl Rove was known to do: beat the

civic culture with outrageous misanthropy. Soon every successful administrator wanted to be a mini Karl Rove. When you don't have humanity, what does citizenship mean?

All the people who died since 911 contribute to a large blood spill. But it's important not to forget that when it happened Bush seized the government. It was not a military junta. It was a political financial one. It led directly to the abandonment of due process and habeus corpus. What took place in immigration was sort of like the first immediate twist of authority of the people's humanity. But I do believe that humanity extracted itself. I do believe that humanity is coming back. I feel dramatically parallel when I speak this openly and with this much free speech, that I can call up Anne Frank's voice as I read it when I was 13 and everybody does. We have to deal with the roots of the immigration civil war taking place. It's been a difficult time and it still is a horrible time. But if we don't try to capture what we can from living as a political art,

then when will we ever take a break? The youth can take over their own destinies and we should NOT divide them by any bias of ours. I know the local institution has done its damage and yet it has its apologists. LOL. It's so silly being ball-less like that AND a man or so-called! Leaving it Be and taking on more. But the mirrors of vanity need their tyranny, they insist. Aztlan, Chicanos, and Dreamers, Elves, Faeries, Goddesses, Hoes, Idiots, Jodones, Krooked, liverstained, malathion, Nooses, opulence, PhDs, queers, rhymers, scientists, teasers, uglisenators, viagra, wikipedia, zumba. A Dance is a better way to Smile than Vote. VOting to the Voteless is a little unDope.
