All the candidates are further informed that: 1. The 3rd Counseling for admission to 5-Year Integrated MBA Programme and 2-Year MBA (Gen),(Hons.),(BE) will be held on 29.08.2011 in IMSAR at 9.00 am. and

2.00 p.m. respectively, in order of merit, prepared on the basis of Entrance Test,
Group Discussion and Interview, already notified. 2. All the candidates are required to attend the counseling at the scheduled date, time and venue personally along with: a. All the required original documents (such as certificates of Matriculation, +2, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate, Haryana Domicile, Certificate relating to reservation, if any). b. An affidavit to be submitted by students against ragging (specimen enclosed). c. Fees (in cash) which may be approximately Rs. 50,000/- for MBA (Hons) and Rs.40,000/- MBA(Gen),(BE) and 5-Year MBA 3. Fees will be deposited on the same day. 4. Candidates attending counseling without documents and/or fee will not be entertained.

I have carefully read and fully understood the provisions contained in the said Regulations. 2. I have also, in particular, perused Clause 3 of the Regulations, and am aware as to what constitutes ragging. 3. I have also, in particular, perused Clause 7 and Clause 9.1 of the Regulations, and am fully aware of the penal and administrative action that is liable to be taken against me, in case I am found guilty of abetting ragging, actively or passively or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging. 4. I hereby solemnly aver and undertake that a) I will not indulge in any behaviour or act that may be constituted as ragging under Clause 3 of the Regulations. b) I will not participate in or abet or propagate through any act of commission or omission that may be constituted as ragging under Cause 3 of the Regulations. 5.
