Smart Learning web Smart Learning web is a web-based environment that allows participating in online English training events

without the need to travel. This is the smart way of learning English for Arabic student. The importance of learning English cannot be overstated in an increasingly interconnected and globalize world. In this computer age, English is the only language that any one can understand. First, we have to learn the language and then we have to gain fluency in the language. Unless we have the fluency in English language, it would not be possible to work with the computer. The objective of the Smart Learning web is to improve access to English learning experience by allowing students and instructors to participate in remote learning communities using personal computers at home or at work.

The student can register with the system using a unique username. Using this username he can deal with the system. This web application contains both interface English and Arabic, so (s) he can switch to any language he wants. Let the student start using keyboard for English letters and know the location for each one, so the software develops the skills for using computers keyboard. Student can learn words with the help of its images, so the student will not forget what (s) he learned. The instructor can assign task to each student and he can examine the task online. The student can view the result of task he done. This system will give real picture of student performance, and give him/her the week points. The student can get online updates from the instructor in any time. The students can learn English words with its image and the meaning of the word in Arabic. The word and its meaning are entered by the instructor. To match words with images, so the student will not forget what he learned.

Gsm-based lan monitoring and controlling system

Synopsis: In a concern, computers are grouped together to form a network. To manage and control the activities of the network while in office is an easy task. But, while you are outstation / away from office, how do you go about with monitoring and controlling of network? Instead of depending on third party information, you can always have your cell phone serve the purpose. Just load the project in your cell phone, login anytime to the application and see who is busy with what in the office. Consider a lan setup with the server machine connected to gsm service provider via a gsm modem. The interaction between the clients and the wireless media happens through this server. The lan monitor also displays real-time traffic statistics, including bytes sent and received, transmission errors, and network connection. Features controlled from cell phone are: start process kill process shut down new file list delete file broadcast messages Key technologies Used in this project: Java Product/ Platform used in this project: Microsoft

Survey and Statistical Analysis Software Development tool: PHP Data base : MYSQL Nowadays Survey and Analysis is an essential tool of business. A flexible survey tool that can be configured for any type of questions and can be published in a few minutes time is need of the hour. Statistical analysis and graphical representations are an essential part of it. Here we propose a project that can create publish and conduct analysis on survey data effectively. This project has the following modules. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Create Group Create Questions Publish Survey Manual Evaluation Data Analysis Graphical Representation (Chart and Graphs) of Survey Data

Create Group Here we create question groups with goup code, group name, page number in which the group appear, weightage of the question etc..

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Development tool: ASP.NET

Data base : MS SQL SERVER

Introduction The majority of the problems that occur in the warehouse occur because of a lack of control: a lack of inventory control, operational control and/or management control. To become a dynamic, consistent organization, all the operations must be under control. In order to achieve this control, all the tools and technology available has to be used to get control and manage the warehouse operations. A control system is a means, mechanism or procedure by which we manage these operations. There are three basic objectives of a control system, either manual or computerized: 1. To identify and coordinate the work that has to be performed. 2. To direct the achievement of the work to maximize performance (productivity of warehouse resources and customer satisfaction) and minimize or eliminate human errors. 3. To report the status of the work that needs to be, or was, done. A manual control system uses physical, paper-based technology to attempt to optimize warehousing operations. Due to the rate of change, demands for accurate, real-time in-formation, next-day-service mentality and marketplace competition, the use of manual systems in the next millennium will be unrealistic. A computerized warehouse management system (WMS) is the integration of bar coding technology, Radio Frequency (RF) communications equipment, hardware and software. Warehouse management software has the capability to optimize the warehouse and warehouse-related operations. Whereas the sophistication of manual control systems is low, the sophistication of WMSs can vary from simple stock location control to systems that truly optimize customer service, space, labor and equipment in the warehouse. It is important to note that one should not confuse WMS technology with business systems applications that impact the warehouse. A WMS is an operating tool that is based upon the needs of the warehouse operation and provides tools and information for the management of the warehouse. Warehouse Functions To have a better understanding of the requirements of a warehouse and thus, the benefits of the warehouse management systems we first introduce the basic functions of the warehouse and then we can get into the benefits of having a WMS implemented in the daily operations. Traditionally a warehouse performs four basic functions: (1) receive product, (2) store product, (3) pick product and (4) ship product.
