Programme. With The Guidance from Allah-SWT-the programme is organized and managed by us with our twenty years of experience AlhamduLillah. This is a non-shifting package meaning you will stay in Makkah without being moved elsewhere for your accommodation and you will have full access to your hotel room whilst in Mina during the five days of Haj. Tour is for 25 days duration. We shall assist in tailoring a shorter tour to suit your schedule. A very short tour will mean you forego the trip to Madina. Complimentary half board meals for you in your hotels to be consumed in the dining rooms. Complimentary meals during the five days of haj in Mina camps and in Arafah facilitated by our Mutawwif. All internal transfers are through the Mutawwif managed coaches. Qurbani (Nahr/Hadi) is not included but can be facilitated by us on your behalf. A pre-travel seminar will be held.

This is a journey of a life time. Our aim is to facilitate your aspired haj to be performed with maximum comfort. We intend to manage your tour and leave you to concentrate on your worship. With that aim in mind we have organized your stay in conviniently located hotels in Makkah around 300 meters from the Haram and in Madinah also around 200 meters from Masjid e Nabavi. All rooms are with attached WCs and serviced regularly by the hotelier. We will organize historical/Islamic site seeing tours in Madinah and in Makkah. Meals are complimentary throughout and will reflect a diverse flavor in its variety provisions when in your hotels. Meals, during the five days of haj, too will be diverse but without any guarantee on its timings or availability. We aim to hold daily briefing sessions, during the tour, with a view to keep you informed on the daily events and programmes. All transfers are through the mutawwif managed logistics over which we have no control on its quality, comfort or reliability for timings. Payment is required at the time of booking with a 50% deposit for the package and 100% payment for your airline fares. Children requiring a bed will be charged as an adult. Unless you occupy a room solely for your own family, brothers and sisters will be segregated.

All tours and hotels are liable to change given the dynamics of pilgrimage and its logistics in Saudi Arabia as well as the fluid political circumstances in the Middle East. Pilgrimage trips are religiously centred with the objective of worship as the focal point. These tours are never intended as holiday package and, as such, must not be associated with holiday or breaks away from home and work. Haj is performed by 3 million pilgrims from all over the world. This events brings together a diversity of culture and ethnicity which can be at odds with your own culture and discipline. Hotels are overwhelmed by the sheer number of guests and often fail to provide appropriate service. The Saudi Government maintain strict supervision of the logistics and retain passports. They organize your movements over which we have no control. All traffic network are effected and gridlocks are a norm during hajj time making a simple short trip to take over many hours. In the period from 5 Z Hajj to 14 Z Hajj it is possible that you may not be able to enter into the Grand Masjid and may have to offer your congregational Salah on the roads. Hotels do not supply drinking water and that is not available during the stay in camps. You will have to buy your own required supply. No liability is accepted for your travel insurance or health. You are advised to arrange such cover yourself.Airline fares, for pilgrimage, are different from normal holiday flights or other inter-continental travel. Your airline fares, if arranged by us, are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable. Hajj Visas are subject to approval by the Saudi Government and by their Consular Services in UK. The visa, itself by the consulate is free, but the cost involved in organising the visa is separate and charged once you hand over your passport to us. If the visa is refused or your passport is lost we will not be liable as such eventuality is fairly common.
