This module brings together the best information available on developing an integrated, holistic approach to curriculum and instruction for children age three to eight in such formal group settings as childcare, pre-school, and the early elementary grades. Theories of Early Childhood This module introduces students to the theories that have Development (Part 1) been developed in the area of early childhood. This module introduces students of the effective teaching presentation when dealing with students especially at the early age of their life. This module will aid students with a good basic means of communication in English in accordance to the national education goals. This module will introduce students with grammar, forms and functions of morphemes, forms and functions of word classes, forms and functions of phrases/groups and forms and functions of clauses This module is as an extension of the earlier module for communication purposes. The topics include in this module are more advance than the first part. Among the topics are the overview of meaning and context, an introduction to word meaning, clause, logical relations and semantic roles and sentence (cohesive) relation. This module introduces students with the techniques and ways of communicating with children in such a way to make children learn to communicate. This module includes topics like literacy lesson planning, developing fluent readers and writers, reading comprehension and literature focus. This module introduces students to the music element for early childhood education. The topics include in the module include the first step, components and structure of creativity, the elements, props and other stimuli to be used in creative movement and creative music activities. This module introduces students with topics related to childrens choreography The art of composing dances, Dance and Learning through movement. This module help students in better understanding of special needs children. This module provides students with the skills and knowledge of making craft suitable for early childhood. The topics in the module include the joy of creating; the importance of creativity, practical ways to encourage art, organization of the classroom, teachers role, motivation in art education, puppetry, art therapy and art/craft techniques such as collage and beading.

This module includes topics such as Benefits Of Story Telling, Conducive Environment For Story Telling, Maximising Group Interaction, Teacher Improvement In Story Telling Presentation, Different Ways of Approaching Story Telling Activities, Activities Of Story Telling, Song and Musical Instruments. This module discusses topics on stress, a sense of well being, personal perception of things, person sensory, relaxation and point towards a successful life.

This module provides the knowledge of the definition of music, music in a child development, importance of music and the activities should be included in classroom. This module includes topics like factors need to be considered when understanding a childs behaviour and approaches to be taken to earn childrens respect.

Computer Aided Learning This module includes the benefits of computer skills for Pembelajaran Berbantukan Komputer pre-schoolers, choosing the appropriate software for kids and also applying their computer skills to create storyboard.
Leadership Qualities Kualiti-Kualiti Kepimpinan This module covers topics of self-awareness which is an essential requisite for personal development and self-initiation, self-direction and self-evaluation which stimulates self-awareness.

Motivating Children in Learning Motivasi Kanak-Kanak dalam Pembelajaran

This module introduces students with the basic elements of motivation and application of the theories to the individual child needs and development. The topics include in this module are the theories of motivation by Maslow, Skinner, Bruner, Allport, Kelli and Murray, how to apply the different perspectives on motivation, peer reinforcement and modeling.
Modul Bahasa Kebangsaan (A) ini disediakan untuk mempertingkat kecekapan berbahasa, sesuai dengan intelek pelajar untuk berkomunikasi dengan berkesan secara lisan dan tulisan dalam konteks rasmi, kreatif dan bukan kreatif. Modul Pendidikan Moral adalah bertujuan untuk membina dan membentuk individu secara menyeluruh dan seimbang, matang dan bermatlamat serta bermaklumat. Ianya berupaya menaakul, berperasaan dan bertingkahlaku secara bermoral ke arah pembentukan pembangunan masyarakat yang beretika, adil dan mengambil berat antara satu sama lain.
