1. Basic Concept Days of Uprising takes place in an pseudo advanced medivel world. This world is called Lolet. A world where magic and science co-exist. Many adventurerers roam the world in search of what they desire. Some simply want fame. Others want to help those in need. And some simply want to rule. Even though there is all of this there is still the constant threat of senister beast. Some call them monsters some call them demons. Regaurdless of your name for them most of them wont be happy if you're close enough to call them as such. This is the world you live in what you do with it is up to you!

2. Character Setup The base of setting up your character is simple. You decide on your characters Gender, Race and Skin Tone. All of these options are available for every gender and every race. Once you are done you will be given starting armor and a starting costume. You will also be given your characters Love and your characters Fear. There will be two starting towns. One which will be picked as your home town. This can be changed easily when you visit other towns for a small fee. Your home town is very important because as the longer you have a specific starting town the more the people there start to know you. This means you are more likly to get extra info deals and extra items from people and merchants. Changing your home town causes any other town that you were known at to slowly forget about you. Home towns are also important because if you happen to almost meet your end in an abnormal way you will be brought back to your home town. Your home town will not charge you to stay at the inn after a certain point.

3. Races There are 4 races in the world of Lolet. These 4 races are as follows:

Humans:The race that has been accepted as one of recently. Their ability to adapt has landed them races. They have gone through a lot of crisis to specializing in anything it usually turns out in

the dominating races until more to be called the Generic of make it this far due to not their favor.

Elves: This race has been thought to be nothing but a fairy tale. This is because until recently they have always hid themselves out of the eyes of every one else. With their solitude many of them have sharpned their skills in magic and archery but most are not very strong built. In recent days they have come to accept living in the open and have had much success from it.

Beast-kin: This race of people have for a very long time been thought of as monsters. Humans despised them and many wars went on against them. At some point the massive amount of warring against the two races simply stoped. No one is exactly sure why but some people think that something happened between those in the higher ups. As time has passed they have started to live amongst every one else. Although there are still the few who do not trust them. People of this race have some form of animal characteristic on their body and have great stength. Although they arent all the smartest.

Vana: This is a newly found race in the world of Lolet. This race seems human in almost every way possible. What caused shock was due to the fact that they appear to have demonic tails and horns. Some are suspected to have wings but this has not been proven. Many humans are still skeptical about them. This is mainly due to their outrageous luck and skill their odd weakness against most magic along with not being the most durable.

4.Loves & Fears Every being reguardless of their race even monsters have something they are afraid of and something they love. This take a huge role in the daily life of every one in Lolet. This is part of the reason most of the races started living together. There are some people who are lucky enough not to be afraid of anything but these some people usually have nothing they love either. Most people will function better in a situation where they are doing or around something they love. On the other side most people will feel distracted scared and weak when they are around something they are afraid of. Here are the things most people love or fear.

5. Elements and Strenghts/Weaknesses There are various elements in the world. There is even one that was man made. Each of them have their strengths and weaknesses. The elements are as follows

6. Formulas & Rates

The game uses various formulas to determines damage as well as other things.

Growth Rates Growth Rates determines what stats are most lilky to go up after a level up.

7. Status Conditions There are various status conditions in the world. They each do various things and come in different levels.

Burning: Lowers Defense and drains Health over time. (Lvs: 1 2)

Poision: Deals Damage over time (Lvs: 1 4)

Confusion: Lowers Luck and causes random actions (Lvs: 1 2)

Paralysis: Stops movment randomlly and lowers speed (Lvs: 1 3)

Frozen: Stops movment until the next attack or a long duration of time (Lvs: 1 2)

Plague: Lowers Resistence and drains Magic over time. (Lvs: 1 3)

Beserk: Lose complete control over character and will attack anything near by with physical attacks (Lvs: 1)

Stoned: Stops movment for a duration of time (Lvs: 1 3)

Petrified: Entire body is turned to stone and causes Death unless reverted in a period of time. (Lvs: 1 2)

Cursed: Lowers Luck over a long duration of time (Lvs 1 2)

Death Call: Lowers Magic to 1 and loses 25% health slowly until Death (Lvs: 1)

8. Basic Combat and Game Play

This game is a side scrolling action RPG game. You start off as a Freelance class. From this point once you reach level 10 Free Lance you can go to to the various Guild Masters. From here you can turn into a class of your choice after completing a mission. Most Guild Masters only have a few classes available so make sure you find the correct one. Once obtaining a new class your characters job level will reset and once it reaches job level 20 your character will then be able to get a secondary job from any of the other available jobs. Once again your character will have a reset job level. Once your character reaches job level 30 they will be able to report to the Guild King in the capital. Here you can combine your two classes into one new stronger class that specializes in both of the previous jobs.

The order you pick your jobs are very important as you will only be able to learn half of the skills for the secondary job. You will also keep the growth rates of the first class when you get your secondary one.

Combat will work in a very simple way. You will be able to assign up to 9 different skills to A S or D with each of those buttons being pressed on their own or with Up or Down being held. Jumping will be done with the Z button. Basic Attacking will be done with X and blocking will be done with C.

Battles Battles will be done in real time with enemies spawning during travel as well as being in specific spots. Playerss can form parties or go on their own. Although if you are not in a party experience is split based on the percent of damage each person did. Overall more experience is gained when in a party so they are reccomended.

If a player is too far away from teh rest of the party they will not recieve experience. If the party leaves a monster that spawned from them roam the monster will start to slowly regenerate Health.

Casting Some skills are magic and must be cast before they can be unleashed. After pressing the corresponding button a Cross hair will show up. Your character will start casting immediatly. They will go into a stance to let you know they are done casting. You control the cross hair during this time and press X to select a area. If you select a specific monster or player the spell will be cast at their location. If you select a target before you are done casting the spell will go to the selected location as soon as it is done. If it finish casting before you select a target it will cast as soon as you select a target.

Regerating Health and Magic Regenerate over time. They regenerate faster based on certain things. Although it will not regenerate when an enemy is near by.

Items

Items can be set to short cuts using the keys 1 - 9 These will use the item as long as there is at least 1 in the slot.

9. Classes

There are many classes in the world of Lolet. They focus in all various areas.

Swordsman These warriors focus on weilding all sorts of various weapons with a blade. Whether its a sword an axe or a spear.

Fighter These warriors are quick and focus on using their own fist. They add an extra pow to their attacks by using various glove based weapons. From claws to spiked gloves if they can punch with it they want it.

Mechanic This class decided to focus on technlogy instead of magic. They mainly use Hammers and other blunt objects. Don't let their smartness fool you these guys are ruggid.

Archer These warriors like to stay in the back and pick off their enemies from a distance. They mainly use arrows and have high accuracy. Although they are pretty good with a short sowrd in a bad situation.

Thief This class likes to use their speed to their advantage steal their valuables. They arent the best for dealing hits. Some steal for themselves soem steal for others. one is useful it might not be a good idea to take your to trick their foes and damage and can't take many One thing to know is why eye off of them.

Mage These warriors kept to the books and learned some of the worlds most dangerous magics. They prefer to use staffs and rods but are ok with a knife althoguh it might not be very effective. If you have one with you keep them safe as they can't take many hits although a zap from magic is like a poke to them.

Acolyte These holy warriors decided to go for the lighter side of the magic spectrum. They spent most of their time in the church learning holy spells. They are great for removing demonic and undead things. They are also one of the best for keeping your party healthy. As to be expected they prefer to use staffs but are also ok with blunt objects in a close situation. Keep them safe as they can't take many hits.

Geomancer These magicians are a bit of a shocker to most. Living among nature and living on their own has made many of them ruggid. They are very sturdy for one who studies magic but because of this they are only ok when it comes to taking a magic attack. These magicians focus on using the nature around them to assault their enemies. They prefer Staffs but because of their strength can use a Axe when it is needed. Make sure you don't let one get seperated as they are very slow.

Fusion Classes Once your character has finished all the requirments they are able to become one of the fusion classes. These classes are very powerful and versitile.

Mercenary This is a combination of Swordsman and Fighter. This class is versed in all form of weapons reguardless of it has a blade or not. They focused mainly on the physical part of training so magic is one of their main weaknesses. Whilst not the fastest class they have a nice amount of speed.

Chain Blade This is a combination of Swordsman and Mechanic This class is a great combination of power and research. They are the only class able to use Chain Saws. Their skill with the blade as well as their massive amount of research has made them a very versitile class with the strength to back it up. Sadly none of that research was on magic so their magical arsenal is very small as well as their resistence to it.

Hero This is a combination of Swordsman and Archer This class decided to take up the sword and bow and become one of legend. They have picked up quite a few skills search as being able to use a sword like an arrow and reel it back in. They have great skill in the sword and the bow. Although they have forgotten msot of their skills with the rest of the arsenal of blades.

Assassin This is a combination of Swordsman and Thief This group has decided to stay in the shadows but has also focused on their physical power allowing them to perform much more deadly attacks in those shadows. Whilst their health and resistence to magic has suffered because of this although they are still extremely fast and have retained all of their speed if not more due to refining their body.

Spell Sword This is a combination of Swordsman and Mage This class has decided to pursue power and inteligence. Although they mainly weild swords they have learned all kinds of spells to assist them in case of magical danger. They mainly focus on adding atributes to their weapons. Although they have not forgotten their arsenal of magic. Although one can onyl learn so much so their strength and magical strength has slightly suffered. A very well rounded class.

Paladin This is a combination of Swordsman and Acolyte This class has decided to work for the church as a warrior. This class has trained their body and learned of the holy side of magic. Using this power they protect those close to them and around them from danger. With their blade in hand they can heal your injurys. They are also very sturdy as they are the first to jump infront of an oncoming attack to save another.

Geo Breaker This is a combination of Swordsman and Geomancer This is a class that is not to be disturbed. Taking their training with the sword and their training with nature this class mainly focuses in Axes. They are extremely durable and can take a large amount of hits. Although they are still extremely slowy they have a arsenal of spells to constrict your movment to make up for this. Their Resistence isnt the best but their magic power is very dangerous.

Steel Hand This is a combination of Fighter and Mechanic This class decided to continue their pursuit of science as well as keeping in shape but without a weapon. This is the only class that are able to use the Mechanical Gauntlets. They are very well informed so they are great at finding a weakpoint and being able to hit it. They are great users of Hermetic magic, the man made magic.

Hunter This is a combination of Fighter and Archer This class is great at long range and close range combat which makes them a very versitile class. Although they dont have much magical strength they have moves to keep an enemy away and then hit them while they are away as well as take an enemy down if they are close. They are effecinct in using Bows as well as forms of Gloves.

Rogue This is a combination of Fighter and Thief This class decided to train their physical body more and resorts to more forcful methods of thivery. They have lost some of their speed in exchange for a great increase in power. They no longer are forced into the shadow and will use dirty tricks infront of any one.

Death Hand This is a combination of Fighter and Mage This class takes it skill with their fist and combines it with their ability with magic. They have more physical power than magic power now although they are able to project various elements from their fist very quickly. Their physical defense has also suffered slightly.

God Hand This is a combination of Fighter and Acolyte This class is great with their hands and can heal themselves and others. They are able to take down the undead and evil very quickly. They are able to charge their power many times and create some devastating damage. Their magical power has suffered but their resistence is great

Banisher This is a combination of Fighter and Geomancer This class is extremely tough. They use their fist in combination with the elements around them to cause all kind of effects on their foe. They have sped up slightly although this is not without a cost as their defense has suffered as well. They are able to use gloves as well as Blunt objects.

Gunner This is a combinatin of Mechanic and Arhcer This class is the only one able to use guns. Because of this that is all they are able to use. Although there is a very wide selection they use their guns to do all sorts of various things. These include shooting magic bullets as well as explosive rounds. Their close range ability is very limited and so is their magical arsenal.

Mastermind This is a combination of Mechanic and Thief Using their knowledge and their ability to steal along with their speed. This crooked class is great at setting up traps to steal from you. They arent the most strongest but they are one of the fastest. The traps they setp up can be all sortso f things explosives poision curses and much more. They are still able to use blunt objects as well as dagers. Although their strength isnt all that great is has gone up along with their defense.

Alchemist This is a combination of Mechanic and Mage This class has tried to learn all the secrets of the world beliving in both magic and science they have a vast amount of knowledge. Because of this their Defenseive powers both magical and physical have suffered. They have found some of the secrets of magic learning extremely powerful spells that only take a small amount of time to learn. They are also able to use some of teh strongest spells of the man made element, Hermetic.

Doctor This is a combination of Mechanic and Acolyte This class took their studies from the church and science and became a saver of lives. This class is one if not the only that can learn extremely powerful healing spells as well as a spell to bring those back from the dead. due to their Research they have started to fall back on the physical strength. Although due to their slight lack of faith their Resistence has fallen as well. Oddly enough they have been on their feet along making them quite fast.

Engineer This is a combination of Mechanic and Geomancer This class has taken its ability to control nature and fully combinedi t with science. They are still rather burly and can take many hits although their Magic power isnt the greatest. They use these two things to create mechanic golems ando ther metal minions to fight for them. They have also learned to carry various bottles of objects with them to modify the earth without harming it. They however are probabbly one of the slowest classes.

Ninja This is a combination of Archer and Thief This class has decided to stick in the shadows but have decided to focus on more long range methods as well. They have learn how to throw all kinds of various objects with percision due to thier skill with the bow. Although they have given up their bow they have trained their speed to amazing heights and rarly miss their target.

Heroic Spirit This is a combination of Archer and Mage This class has combined its skill with the bow with its knowledge of magic. They use this knowledge to create all types of long range magic to attack multiple enemies from a distance. Because of this they have very low in the way of health as well as defense. They have very good eyes and arent the fastest of things.

God Eye This is a combination of Archer and Acolyte This class has taken their lack of defense and made a way to cover it up. Although they still can't take many hits they use their mastery of the bow to stay at a distance as well as healing others from a distance. They have some of the best long range magic spells and can easily take out a horde of the undead.Their speed has been affected because of this as well.

Guardian This is a combination of Archer and Geomancer This class uses its connection with the forest along with its skill with the bow to protect it from a distance. They are still able to use all older weapons but have softened up from watching from a distance causing their defense to suffer. They can cause all kinds of skills to hit multiple enemies from a distance and cause stauts conditions all around.

Trickster This is a combination of Thief and Mage This tricky class has decided to combine both of their skills in a very devistating way. Instead of more powerful magic they now focus in immobilizing magics or magics to corner their enemies before robbing them. They are very fragile and can not take many hits although they can escape quickly using magic to cover their trail. Their physical power isnt all that good and neither is their magical power at this point but they can take a good hit from a spell.

Renegade This is a combination of Thief and Acolyte This class has taken things into their own hands. While they only seem to steal from those they think didn't earn what was stolen they still are seen as thieves. They still retain their ability to heal but their magic prowess isnt as strong as it used to be. They are speed and can avoid damage. They have not forgotten how to take out a few demonic beings and undead. Although they took more of quickness over learning greater spells.

Manipulator This is a combination of Thief and Geomancer This class uses the earth to trick all those in the area. They are very skilled at stealing from multiple enemies at the same time. Although they are faster they arent the fastest of the classes that steal in some form. They are still extremely burly and will take a nice bit of time to take down if they don't run off with all of your items first. They still have great control with their magic power although they are very frail in every sense of the word not having much defense and resistence their health is great.

Sage This is a combination of Mage and Acolyte This class has taken all of its attention to the magic of the world. Reguardless of its its healing magic or offensive magic they are master of it. Because of this without their magic they arent very threatening. They are also only able to use Staffs and Rods. Their Resistence is amazing although they are very slow.

Necromancer This is a combination of Mage and Geomancer This class has taken its knowledge of dark spells with its skill with the earth to create creatures of the undead and control them. This class is extremely slow and may be one of the slowest classes but its Magic power is extremely powerful. This class is only able to use Staffs and Rods but that will be all they need. Their minions will cover them for physical attacks if they don't use their magic power on their own.

Evoker This is a combination of Acolyte and Geomancer This class had connected with the gods like no other. They use this power to summon the gods themselves. From some of the weakest gods all the way to the strongest. They require a lot of cover as their spells take a long time to start but they can deal all kinds of damage as well as heal their friends and party members. They are great for hords of enemies. Although they can only use Staffs and Rods they are not as slow but their Resistence isnt the best it used to be. They are also one of the few classes that can revive people from the dead.
