Terms and Conditions

By taking part in the India Loves South Australia Competition (hereby referred to as the 'Competition') all persons participating herein agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions below:
The Competition is open to all Indian citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years old and above as of the date of participation. All participants below 18 years of age are required to obtain parental or guardian consent before they enter the Competition. All employees and advertising agencies of South Australian Tourism Commission, its campaign partners, the participating travel agencies, as well as their respective immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The game is open for participation from 1st June, 2011 to 9th August, 2011. Prize details: Includes: Two people Return economy flights M umbai - Adelaide - M umbai 3 nights accommodation in Adelaide, 1 night on Kangaroo Island. 4* level; Twin-share. Daily breakfast Seat-in-coach touring (City sights & Hahndorf, Barossa Valley, Kangaroo Island). Touring to Kangaroo Island includes return ferry transfers to the Island. Return airport transfers Excludes: M eals other than those included in touring (i.e no dinners are included) Any other expenses or incidentals Fees associated with VISA application process M ultiple entries are allowed. However, please note that the number of entries does not affect your chances of winning. The winners of the Competition will be announced on 15th August, 2011. Submissions with inaccurate and incomplete information (which includes personal details) will be disqualified. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash nor transferable. All winners will be notified via email and are required to collect their prizes by the date stipulated in the email. Winners are required to produce their passport as proof of identity when claiming their prizes. The Competition winner must complete their holiday to South Australia by 30th June 2012. If the holiday is not taken by this date the South Australian Tourism Commission reserves the right to not honour the prize.

Flights are return economy flights for two people from M umbai Adelaide. Once flights are booked for the trip there can be no further changes. It is the responsibility of the Competition winner to organise and pay any costs related to their own Visa and entry documents to the Commonwealth of Australia. The South Australian Tourism Commission can offer a letter of support. The Competition winner may extend their stay in Australia at their own cost and arrangement. South Australian Tourism Commission reserves the right to replace any prize with that of similar or lower value without prior notice. South Australian Tourism Commission disclaims all responsibility in the event that any sponsor fails to deliver the prizes to any prize winner. South Australian Tourism Commission's and its campaign partners decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. South Australian Tourism Commission reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entries deemed unsuitable at its absolute discretion. The organiser's decision on all matters relating to this contest will be final and binding on all persons participating in this Competition, and no correspondence will be entertained. By entering into this Competition, participants agree that South Australian Tourism Commission, its campaign partner, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this draw or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. South Australian Tourism Commission and its campaign partners, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, make prize substitutions or cancel this Competition without prior notice. South Australian Tourism Commission and its campaign partners are not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or votes, caused by telephone lines or systems or internet service providers, for entry responses received after the deadline as a consequence of telephone or internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads, or for any stolen, misplaced, or incomplete responses. By entering the Contest, participants consent to South Australian Tourism Commission storing any of their personal information collected in databases that are hosted in Australia, and using and disclosing their personal information in connection with the administration of the Competition and in accordance with the South Australian Tourism Commission Privacy Policy, which can be found on www.southaustralia.com. All contest details are subject to the discretion of the South Australian Tourism Commission.
